Regarding falls, in compliance with CQC and health and safety regulations, we are not permitted to physically assist with lifting for your safety. However, our staff will remain with you, offer comfort, and wait for emergency services to ensure you are raised safely. We understand your frustration with rotas. We aim to provide consistency with a small but familiar group, though schedules may vary. You can always check your rota in real-time through our free customer app. As a valued customer for three years, we have made efforts to go beyond our obligations, such as pre-funding your weekly shopping.
