Bluebird Care is generally efficient and reliable, but I was particularly pleased with their response to a request that they attend, at short notice, my mother at A&E. She also had to go into hospital again a couple of days later, and once again, Bluebird was responsive and efficient in sending a carer
to accompany her. Her presence was helpful both to my mother and to family members who were too far away to attend and needed somebody on hand to relay information.

As the client's son I am very pleased with the care my mum gets from the carers. She looks more well-kept, she is wearing her pads without complaining. I am more relaxed in myself because I have backup looking after Mum. When I phone your office the staff are helpful and understanding. So all in all
very happy with the service.

On behalf of the family, I would like to thank the team at Bluebird for all of the help looking after our Mum for the last months of her life.
Initially, Mum was reticent about having help in, but the first carer soon put her mind to rest and they quickly built up a close bond. This carer visited
my mum a number of times after she retired and visited Mum in hospital including the day before her passing.
After her retirement, new carers came in and when my brother or I would visit, she would always mention the carers. If there were any issues or questions the team in the office was always very helpful.
Eventually Mum needed a live-in carer, a big change for Mum. However, they very quickly built up a close bond. Although the carer's time was briefer than we hoped, she was very caring with Mum and her daily support in the hospital for the last weeks of her life was invaluable. The team at the hospital mentioned how caring she was.

The carers are so sweet; they are always ready to help as soon as they walk through the door. The three ladies are truly genuinely caring, and they truly love the job. They are never in a foul mood and are always eager to help in any way they can. I have severe mental health, and at times, I can get
quite moody. The ladies tailored their care to my needs on that day, and they never forced me to do anything but rather encouraged me, which was really nice of them. The manager has always listened to my concerns regarding my care package and has always tweaked my package regarding my needs. The supervisor is so very sweet; she's always been very helpful, and if the manager is unavailable, she steps in and gets things done. The office lady has always changed my calls around at the last minute, which is very difficult to accommodate - never complained; she always thrives to do her very best. I owe the life im living right now to the three carers and office team. They have made my life worth living.

Although we have only used Bluebird Care Uxbridge, Ickenham & Hayes for a couple of months, already we are impressed with their efficiency, organisation, flexibility and caring ethos. My Aunt loves the carer that she has coming to see her. She has found her to be kind, attentive, compassionate and helpful.
Nothing is too much trouble and although we don't use every service on offer, we know that as my Aunt becomes less able, they will be available to fill any gaps and support her wellbeing at home. They provide us with a great and flexible service with experienced and caring professionals.

I would like to thank the carers and staff for the outstanding support they have given me this year. They have turned my care around from poor to exceptional. From shopping to coffee to hospital appointments, the carers have done more on every occasion. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Bluebird has been nothing short of brilliant. They have looked after Mum and Dad for the last 4-years, they are both dementia suffers, which comes with a lot of challenges, and the carers are very friendly and helpful. The care is delivered in a professional manner, mindful of the mood swings of dementia
suffers. The management team are very proactive and responsive to any issues promptly, this was very evident recently when Dad went missing for 12-hours; they informed the police, instructed field staff to be on the lookout and helped driving the local area to find him. All the family are truly indebted to Bluebird Care. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Bluebird agency came to the rescue after my hip replacement, caring for my husband while I was recovering. Then I had to have a blood clot removed, and they helped us out again which was much appreciated. The carers have been very reliable and helpful. He has felt comfortable with them. The admin staff
have been friendly and helpful too.

My care started with Bluebird Care some years ago (about 2016) when I needed care three times a day. I had fractured vertebrae in my spine. With their help, I gradually got more active. Now I have progressed to twice a week. Without their help and kindness, my progress would have been a lot more difficult
to manage.

I would strongly recommend Bluebird services to anyone putting a care package in place for a loved one. The team discussed my aunt’s needs with both her and us and swiftly allocated twice daily extended visits to support her in all her personal needs, including medication, emotional support, showering,
dressing and cooking meals. The staff were courteous and caring throughout and were able to adapt to my aunt’s changing needs for more than a year. The organisation of visits was excellent, and Bluebird was so adaptable, fitting in hospital visits if required as well as social outings. In any crisis, Bluebird were available, and they went the extra mile to ensure my aunt always had support. My aunt entered the hospital and unfortunately passed away, but I want to send my heartfelt thanks to all of the team involved in her care. You enabled us to ensure that she could remain in her own home, which was her greatest wish.

I was very impressed by the speed with which a care package was put in place and the help I was given as I had never organised something like this before. The office staff were very helpful and the carers were puctual and compassionate. They were also very flexible and able to react to unforeseen

We have used the services of Bluebird Hillingdon since our dad became infirm, calling 4 times a day. They have been nothing short of brilliant, we now couldn't cope without them. My 91-year-old mother was a strong-willed and independent woman. She was becoming very frail but was adamant that she wanted to remain at home. This was a challenge given the Covid lockdown.
I read various reviews of care providers and spoke to friends who also had elderly parents receiving care.
I
decided to ask Bluebird Care Hillingdon to undertake an assessment and explain what services they could provide. They visited Mum and described what the care team could provide. There were numerous options and Mum chose two visits a day.
The carers quickly made friends with Mum and she looked forward to their visits and chats. The carers made sure Mum took her medication and checked that she had eaten.
The carers submitted reports which I was able to access through a password protected app.
Unfortunately, Mum had a fall at home and had to go to hospital. She had complications after an operation and passed away.
Bluebird Carers significantly improved Mum’s quality of life.

We have found all the carers who have looked after Mum to be exemplary and have seen how happy Mum is in their company.
