It has been an extremely stressful and anxious time with all the restrictions due to Covid and not being able to visit and support my parents. My father has also been recovering from a hospital appointment which has been difficult. Thank you very much to the Bluebird office and caring staff for all
their help which has been invaluable.

We are very happy with the care that my husband receives. The carers are all well trained and professional. They are friendly and polite and very caring. My husband always enjoys a good conversation with them as this brightens up his day. During lockdown, when we couldn’t see anyone it was lovely to
have a carer coming in each morning for my husband to talk to.

I have found Bluebird to be quite exceptional in the quality of the care that they offer. They really care for and look after the client. Nothing is too much trouble. The management is very responsive and always sympathetic and understanding of the client's needs 24hrs a day throughout the year.

The team try to meet the family's requirements to be the best of their ability. Regular visits are made by Bluebird to the house to ensure a smooth transition has been made, and all parties are happy with the situation.

This is the first time we have used a care provider and are currently on the minimum package - one 30 minute call per day. Mum has settled very well with the visits and is getting to know members of the team - it helps to see some regular faces each week. Carers are punctual, professional and friendly.
Likewise, office staff have been available and helpful when we have had any questions regarding the service. The app is a really useful tool to keep track of visits and any relevant comments.

As with any organisation, there is a variation in the input of the person attending. The female staff are good but the male staff are not very domesticated.
Unfortunately, I have a predominance of the latter so far this year.

All carers are extremely professional in their care of me, enabling me to remain in my own home.
The only negative is that carers are often not given enough travel time between calls. This can affect my two up calls, where one person arrives but has to wait for the second carer to arrive.

The management and staff of Bluebird Care all display a very caring and courteous manner, whilst exhibiting a professional attitude. They have been particularly efficient during the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping us informed of the latest developments and adhering to those guidelines, especially those involving
