We always strive to visit you as close to the scheduled times as possible but accept that sometimes we are delayed. Tamsin’s career moved into Dementia Healthcare in 2017 after gaining an NVQ3 in Dementia Care studies during the pandemic lockdowns, in her previous role as a Dementia Adviser in Oxfordshire. Before this, she had worked for many years as a CIPD-qualified Human Resources Generalist, working in Education/Care settings. Tamsin has always been a people-focussed person so the move into person-centred Dementia Care has been a natural progression as well as somewhat of a passion.
