I've got nothing but praise for Bluebird Care Ipswich. My mum is in a care home for dementia, she has been in 2 years and her dementia has got worse, mum wasn't eating just slowly giving up but mum started having her one to one from Bluebird Ipswich, she's now being encouraged to eat, she's put on weight
and her carer encourages her to do everyday things which she sometimes achieve. As a daughter I feel my mum is getting the care she deserves (well mum says she's got another daughter now). Mum takes a long time to trust people but this lady has made it possible. I can't thank Bluebird enough for allowing mum to be looked after in the way they do. Many thanks for sending mum her angel to be by her side. Thank you.

We have used Bluebird Care for a while, to start with it was difficult to adjust for my father. Now we have got to know a few local carers that my dad recognises who he gets along with. There are some that don't do a lot when they are here. Overall, a couple of carers are great with my dad, they bathe
him, feed him, do his exercises and sometimes takes him out for fresh air.

Over the past year, I have found Bluebird Care incredibly helpful, flexible and understanding. The last year has been incredibly difficult with family issues however knowing that the care services being provided by Bluebird is very reliable, the persons involved have all been amazing. From management
through to the carers visiting, it has been wonderful to know that all concerned have looked after me with dignity, a smiling and understanding disposition. Well done Bluebird.
