George, our Client Experience Manager visits with your family member in their home to discuss their needs and assess how we can help care for your loved one. Each person will have different needs and their care plan will be individual and person-centred.
George started with Home Instead as a Care Professional and progressed to Field Support Supervisor before her role as Client Experience Manager. This, along with other valuable experience in the care sector, George has a good understanding of the needs of our clients and how we can best help.
