The organisation and the carers from Compassion HomeCare enabled my father to manage at home as independently as possible despite dementia for 7 years after my mother died and so he was left living alone - which is a triumph! The company and the carers adapted quietly but fully efficiently to his changing
needs, sensitively discussing all with me and respecting my wishes for him. One regular carer in particular over several years provided him with continuity alongside efficient supportive caring that went way beyond what I could have hoped for for him. It still brings tears to my eyes, now that my father has (very peacefully) died, remembering hearing the warm respect in her voice every time she spoke to him even though he was increasingly lost in the dementia. The same warm respect that a few years earlier had enabled him to happily accept meals from her when he was struggling to continue to make them himself, without feeling any loss in his dignity or independence. Thank you!

Compassion HomeCare supported my mother from May to early July 2024. They had been recommended by a friend and my mother and I were extremely satisfied with the service they provided. Although initially the help from the carers was to be offering company and conversation and maybe taking my mother out
for a short walk, when her health deteriorated they quickly changed their duties to helping her shower and dress, occasionally cooking light meals, making drinks for her, and doing some light housework. My mother found all the carers to be very willing, kind and thoughtful. I also valued the flexibility the office was able to offer in providing extra support when needed at fairly short notice. In dealing with the office, I was very grateful for the support and expertise they were able to give me, as a carer, as well as my mother. Thank you very much, Compassion HomeCare.

I found Compassion HomeCare to be a very reliable, friendly and hardworking company. The carers were polite and reliable and very rarely had to cancel a visit.
My dad was very pleased with the care he received and looked forward to the visits. He was treated with respect and dignity. I have recommended
the company to 2 friends and would have no hesitation in recommending them again.

I needed help with my mum's growing care needs, I wanted her to feel comfortable and at ease with who I asked but I also wanted a professional provider who could deliver on trust, dignity, quality, reliability, continuity and flexibility. We've been using Compassion HomeCare for over two years starting with carers twice a day and for the past two years with a live-in carer. Without exception all the carers have been professional and caring towards our friend as her dementia has progressed. We've always had an immediate response from
the office to our phone calls.
We work in partnership to meet our friend's needs including sourcing the right equipment and medical assistance! They are Compassion HomeCare to a T!

I have been using Compassion HomeCare for the last three years and would not like to do without them. As I am prone to falling over they give me confidence, especially on the days I have a shower. When I needed extra help last year they provided it at once until I told them I could now manage.

We've used Compassion Home Care for just over a year. My mother and the family have been very pleased with the service received. The update system is such a boon. It means we can log in and see how Mum is. Mum is registered blind but Compassion Home Care's help has meant that she can remain at home
where everything is familiar.

I have been using Compassion House Care (Orpington) for the last 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The team have been outstanding at all times and I have been very well cared for. Various members of the team have attended to me and have provided what is necessary
at the time. For example, cooking lunches, helping with exercises, changing leg bags, cleaning the bathroom, ironing, hoovering, putting rubbish out, in fact, will do anything to help us out in so many ways. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be forever grateful for their kind thoughtful and very efficient help especially when we were experiencing stressful and tiring times. The way they calmly and confidentially dealt with everything, took away any worries that we had.

Compassion HomeCare in Orpington have been supporting my mum for over 9 years and my dad for 2 years. Their fantastic care team allow my parents to remain at home which is there wish. I live a long distance away from my parents and the care team are my eyes and ears. I trust them and my parents are
very happy with the care they receive. I totally recommend the team who are responsive to any care change and keep me informed.

I have been a client of Compassion HomeCare for less than a year - I can honestly say that I cannot believe how lucky I am that, with the help from my family, we decided to choose this company. I am always greeted with a smile and asked how I am feeling by my carers. I find the management to be very
approachable and helpful if I wish to make any changes. In the future I know I am going to need more help, plus more visits per day. However I know that this will be well managed to the satisfaction of us all.

The care services provided by Compassion HomeCare in Orpington are extremely good, both carers and the support team in the office. We have been using them for ten years approximately. My mother enjoys chatting with her carers and they make her laugh (which is great). Apart from daily care visits, I
have used Compassion HomeCare for overnights and live-in care for when I am away. It's very good indeed. My mother is housebound and so the carers mean a great deal to her - they are all so kind and cheerful.

I am exceptionally pleased in finding Compassion HomeCare. From the very start during the manager's one to one visit to discuss my 97 year old mother's care plan it was clear to see the advantages of a nurse lead family run business providing a direct personal service. The carers are efficient and polite
and provide all the care my mother requires, allowing her independence at home. I am completely relieved and relaxed in knowing my mother is in such capable caring hands, and have no worries at all with using Compassion HomeCare.

As this was a totally new experience for us, the advice and support that the management gave us was superb as we were very distressed at the time. The staff were all tender, kind and professional with our 101-year-old mother which made it possible to keep mum at home in her final days.

We used Compassion HomeCare for about twelve months to provide daily assistance and care for my mother and father but for the last nine months (after my father passed) for my mother who became increasingly unable to care for herself due to dementia. From the beginning and the initial consultation, the
care was complete, it was all about how they could make life better in all areas and the compassion shown was truly genuine, we could not have asked for more. I could call at any time and nothing was too much trouble and because of that care my mother was able to stay in her own home as long as possible.

A lovely, lovely care company. They are small and local so you get to know all the staff, the carers and the managers. This was really helpful when dad was unwell. They were not only always there if we needed them but they helped me navigate the system to get other services involved. They've been a

I have witnessed the care and support given to an individual when most needed and vulnerable, at short notice.
I have no hesitation in thanking Compassion HomeCare for providing flexible care, constant monitoring of the individual's requirements. Regular manager visits and a staff of happy, willing
carers, adequately trained.
The manager's involvement with friends and family who were constantly updated was also a priority.

My mum has been using Compassion HomeCare for the past 6 months and I cannot fault them. The carers are friendly, genuinely caring and go out of their way to look after my mum. The office staff are equally friendly as well as patient, professional and supportive. I honestly could not recommend Compassion
