My husband was cared for for 5 years and his carers were all very good. Maintained his dignity and his care became more and more complex over time and they showed care and dignity.

My Dad has been looked after for 3 years. The carers have been wonderful. They are very caring and many go above and beyond. They get my Dad up, washed, and dressed, do his meals, and help around the house. My Dad suffers from Alzheimer's and needs gentle encouragement. Home Instead has been excellent.
I would highly recommend them.

I recently moved so that I was closer to my family, but given my age I needed more everyday support. This is where home care has proven invaluable and has exceeded all my expectations. I am thoroughly happy with the ladies who visit me and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Started using Homestead in July. Dad had a nasty fall in August and was in hospital for two weeks. Homestead was amazing giving me advice and cancelling appointments at very short notice and also not charging me. Once my dad was out of hospital they totally re-arranged his care to fit his new level
of health, giving me peace of mind. Brilliant!.

Have used Home Instead for a few years now. They have always been a godsend for my elderly parents, now sadly just my father. Personally, as I work I find they have always been a company I can rely on for peace of mind. Carers often go above and beyond and live up to being 'carers' - they certainly
deserve all the recognition they can get and are or should be the gold standard for all employees at Home Instead.

The care workers were punctual. Their behaviour was warm and friendly. They did their best to 'connect' with my mother. Although Mum did not speak very much, the carers did their best to talk to her whilst taking care of her. This enabled a relationship to be built. Their work was efficient, and they
took on board areas that I felt my mother would benefit from. They advised me when I was unsure.

We have been really happy with the care and support offered to my mother. All the carers are kind, helpful and listen to my mother's needs. They are happy to both carry out domestic chores and provide compassion. We cannot praise them more highly; they have been excellent as has the office staff who
are professional but friendly and respond swiftly to any necessary changes in care.

From the word go, I felt confident using the Home Instead team to care for my mum. They had a wealth of practical support and ideas and were always there to reassure and comfort not only my mum but me too. They would go above and beyond the call of duty to resolve any unforeseen problems. They showed
genuine care, love and support and became more than caregivers but like an extended family. They far exceeded all my expectations. For them, this is not a job, it's a vocation. I would be eternally grateful for all they have done for us.

Statistics state that dementia improves with conversation, and since switching to Home Instead this has definitely been the case. The transformation in my father and his home is tremendous. Thank you to all the caregivers for actually caring, and to the administration team for spot-on communication.

The whole team have been incredibly helpful in their approach and care for my mum. Having recently moved mum to live with us and we were worried about the disruption to mum and know she would cope with her dementia. The carers have been wonderful. Mum is really happy and settled. The transition has
been seamless. Thanks to all the team from Huntingdon we are sure we have done the right thing for my mum's future.

Home Instead was firstly used as a sitting service for my father-in-law whilst my mother-in-law was at dialysis three times per week, due to his suffering from dementia, whilst the rest of their care was social care. It was difficult not to compare the services. Home Instead is a 'Port in a storm' offering
stability, always arriving on time, communicating at all levels from the manager to carer. My in-laws are treated as parents and grandparents moving the total care to Home Instead is the best thing. Peace of mind now reigns.

Started with this company end of May as very dissatisfied with previous carers. Have found all the carers to be very proactive and professional and Dad is now receiving the care he should be getting. Also, all the office staff are very efficient and helpful.

I recently changed care providers to this agency and it was simply the best move ever for my fathers care. He is washed, laundered, cleaned, showered and cared for by proper carers who know in-depth about care for the elderly and for those with difficulties. I would recommend them above any other I've
experienced so far and do not have a negative word for the carers or the backup team. Very well done all.
