All the carers that come into our home have built a great relationship with my daughter. They have got to know her needs and recognise her body language. I am very satisfied with her overall care.

We have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly the Carers have been able to build a rapport with Dad. We thought he would find it difficult to accept any help, but he looks forward to their visits and has been able to retain some independence with just their watchful eye and support when he needs
it.

Very pleased with my care. I have carers visit me 4 times a day and they are all so helpful and kind. My carers go the extra mile and really make me laugh. I find that the carers have very good communication with each other and the office. Any problems with my equipment is quickly solved or a alternative
plan put in place. WELL DONE TEAM!

Mum used this care agency for about 2 years, visits twice a week for companionship.
The carers were happy to take her out in their cars, (which she really enjoyed) or walk with her on her mobility scooter. They brought in bread or milk when Mum was running low.
She enjoyed the time with the carers
who treated her more like a friend than a customer (which was exactly what she needed).
On occasions when she felt unwell, they contacted me and were always very helpful and professional.
I felt the whole agency went the "extra mile" and both Mum and I were very happy with the service provided by all members of the agency. I would recommend this care agency since they appear to really care.

The regular carer is extremely patient with nan, keeping her calm and happy. Keeping a regular carer is important for an older client, and this is normally met by In Home Care.

Overall the care provided to my wife is good and her main carer during the week provides not only excellent care but has established a good relationship with my wife which she greatly values. There has been the odd hickup such as a carer not turning up but this has only happened once over the year we
have been with In Home Care. Currently I am the second carer for my wife and there has been the odd occasion where the carer rota times have been changed significantly but these have not been passed on to me, and I have not been present at the house when they arrive, so they have not been able to start the care until I return. I know it is challenging but more consistency with regard to carers and their rota times during the weekend would be appreciated as my wife struggles to cope with change. Senior staff have been responsive to our requests to adjust the level of care that my wife required over the last year (care plan is currently being updated to reduce the number of carers to one).

I only have ad hoc care and the agency are very accommodating. This does mean I don’t often get continuity of care but I have to accept that. Generally the carers are very good.

In Home Care have provided a very good service three times a day, with only a few very minor problems, for my mother who is suffering from moderate Alzheimer's. The carers have been very pleasant and have cared for my mother very well.

I cannot fault the service that has been provided by In Home Care. Every carer that has come into contact with my mother has been very caring. My Uncle was admitted to hospital after a fall and his health had deteriorated and as a prerequisite of release additional care was required. In Home Care went above and beyond to set up a revised care plan and supported the patient with his every need whilst he recuperated in his own home.
