With a strong technical background, I have achieved a NEBOSH General accreditation, an HND and HNC in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Level 3 NVQ in Construction, Plant, and Machinery Maintenance and a Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Inspection.

She holds QCF Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care, a Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification, and a Manual Handling Passport. I joined Churchfields Home Care in May 2019 as an Admin Assistant and, through my dedication and passion for the care sector, progressed to the role of HR Manager in 2024. In this position, I am responsible for overseeing recruitment, human resources, policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Before joining Churchfields Home Care, I spent over 29 years in human resources and recruitment practices, with previous experience as a Regional Assistant Financial Accountant in the construction industry, where I managed a team of accountants.
I earned a Higher National Diploma in IT and Electrical Applications from the University of Glamorgan in 1996, and I initially started my career in media and production with a London-based organization.
I am extremely proud to be part of an organization that is committed to delivering excellent care while also fostering an environment where our staff can develop and thrive in their careers. In my role as HR Manager, I’m able to draw on my diverse experience to support the team at Churchfields Home Care in delivering the highest standard of care to the individuals we support.
