Excellent service and care under a very good manager, she is very easy to contact for queries, no matter how small. The carers are excellent. They are very friendly, kind, patient and attentive to the needs of my sons. I am very pleased with the professional care and support that all the carers provide.

My family has been using the services of Quality Support Solutions for a few years now and have found them to be professional and reliable. This week we had our usual carer but my family had a mini-crisis and I contacted the carer and asked her to change the plans midway during the service. "No problem",
she said, and we got sorted.
When things go right it is easy but when things go wrong and you get a good service you know you are with a winning company.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.
