Bowland care have looked after my husband since October 2016 helping me to keep him at home. He has very complex needs but the team of ladies who come to help in any way that is needed for him. They take him out in his wheelchair daily weather permitting and to any activities that are suitable for him.
He is unable to speak but responds to them by blinking. He adores them in all different ways.

Only required the cleaning service from Bowland Care whilst I was recovering from a broken leg. The service I received was excellent. The staff were polite, efficient and very understanding especially in dealings with my wife who suffers with dementia. I would have no hesitation in recommending this
company.

Don't really need to go into detail or single out anyone, the service is excellent and we have no complaints at all. Some of the carers do go the extra mile but all do an excellent job. Occasionally, they are late or even early but this is down to unexpected events happening and cannot be helped.
The
reason I answered don't know to question six is we have never had anyone else over the last three years so we cannot compare.

The team at Bowland Care are marvellous. Without the dedicated care for dad and support for mum, we would not have been able to keep dad at home for as long as we did. The owner and all your team certainly helped make a very difficult time much easier. We have missed seeing you all on a regular basis

I cannot fault the care and attention provided for my mother whilst under the care of Bowland Care. Each and every carer was conscientious and professional in their duties. When there was a problem they acted appropriately and quickly.
The management was exceptional in that they provided extra resources
at a moments notice. Their approach to unexpectedly changed circumstances was flexible.
It was a pleasure dealing with the company as a whole and each individual.

Bowland Care look after my cousin who is very isolated and has poor mobility so he is dependent on his carers, I am only able to visit once a week so it is a great comfort to know how well he is being looked after. They always go the extra mile in caring for him and contact me if they have any concerns.
I would recommend Bowland Care to anyone, and I hope that if ever I need a carer Bowland will be around. Carers and management alike are friendly, caring and approachable.

Emergency-Short term care.
Efficient, helpful, professional with initial enquiries and home visit.
All carers were reliable and experienced, very friendly, nothing was “too much trouble” A huge help.
Would definitely recommend.

Since our father died over a year ago our mother has been a client of Bowland care services. The care has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. I have met several of the carers who have been very warm and friendly and have looked after mum with great thought and care. Communications with carers
and managers has been excellent and their record keeping on a daily basis is very detailed. I cannot praise them all highly enough for their brilliant service. It is great to know mum is safe and happy in their care.

My mother has received and is receiving amazing care. Their service has been exemplary and have kept me informed me on a regular basis of the changes required in my mother’s care package. There has been times the staff and company have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
I have found the staff
reliable and attentive but also in tune with my mother’s constantly changing needs.
I can not fault the management or staff and have no hesitation in recommending Bowland Care Services.

Bowland Care, care for my mother and have been superb. The timekeeping of all their staff is spot on and the degree of care is second to none. The owners and senior staff are approachable and always manage to accommodate the needs of my mother and also mine! They have also suggested ways of helping
solve health problems, notably use of a neck collar which miraculously seemed to put a stop to the debilitating dizzy spells she was experiencing almost daily and was so distressing. Their staff have also been known to call in to visit my mother while they are on a break just to see her. Any health workers that have visited including social services, ask who my mother has as carers and are always highly complementary and happy when I say it’s Bowland Care. They are obviously well respected by the professionals locally. We as a family are so relieved to have found such wonderful care for our mother which allows us to keep her as independent as possible and stay in her own home. Very happy.
