We have all been thrilled, touched and grateful beyond words for the love, care and attention which his carer has shown him. Every day has been one with a compassionate mind and thoughtful approach so as to always maintain his dignity and enjoyment of his home, garden, cat and life without his much-loved
wife.


She has managed the seemingly impossible, by always having an immaculate, warm and loving home whilst breezing through the care routine for my father without complaint or comment. Her laugh, smile, wise words and good humour will be much missed on Gladstone Road.

My aunt and uncle both needed carers and were initially given another company which I wasn’t happy with. We took the leap of faith using Manorcourt and couldn’t be happier. Everyone from the carers to the office staff are so caring, taking their time and making you feel valued. The lady in the office
has been an immense help, really going above and beyond ensuring that there was a continuity of care and that the medical side of things ran smoothly. The carers have been so lovely, taking their time and treating my aunt and uncle with dignity and compassion. I really cannot rate Manorcourt highly enough. Such personal service that really goes a long way to giving me peace of mind and confidence in them.

The carers always respected my mother and she looked forward to their visits.

My mother has received extremely good care during the past year. In particular, her main carer has been wonderful. It has been so reassuring for our family that she is being looked after so well, especially during the lockdown when it has been difficult to visit her ourselves.

Both my mother and myself continue to be very happy with the service provided by Manorcourt Homecare (Hornchurch). The main live-in carer has been fantastic and goes above and beyond to provide a very high standard of care for my mother. This has been especially comforting during the long periods of
lockdown when I have been unable to have face to face contact with my mother. I have always found the managerial staff to be very receptive and helpful. I have really appreciated the managed handovers as this has given me confidence regarding continuity of care when the main carer is away. Thank you very much Manorcourt Homecare (Hornchurch).

My aunt has had visiting carers for some years from Manorcourt, and they have looked after my aunt well. The team of visiting carers have been efficient, caring and kind and the visiting manager (now retired) has been excellent. We have had a live-in-carer for almost a year - started 26/06/19. The manager
of the live-in-carer is very good, as are the live-in-carers. The care, attention and kindness of the live-in-carers are very good.

Since the first meeting with the Managers, I felt quite confident that I would be able to approach them with any queries or problems. Fortunately, my Sister in Law does not require much more than minimum care, however, it is important that she has a communication of the carer each day. Due to the pandemic,
we are restricted regarding visits but still talk daily via phone. Should she require more care in the future I am sure I would be given the information from the care managers.

Manorcourt has helped care for my 91-year-old uncle - 5-days a week for many months.
Following the Covid19 outbreak, and my need to self isolate thereby having no hands-on contact, they accommodated a 7-day per week care package to include extra duties including laundry etc the jobs I usually take
care of.
I cannot praise them highly enough; I feel completely secure leaving his care in their hands. Thank you and keep safe.
