The carers were first class. They communicated with my sister-in-law and ourselves and reported problems immediately and we were then contacted by the office staff. Times were kept and reports were accurate and medicines were given correctly. The office staff were excellent when contacted about a problem
and dealt with the incident promptly.

The carers are all kind and caring and extremely reliable and professional. It is a great comfort to my sister and I, to know that our mum is being so well cared for when we cannot be there. Thank you.

My experience of the care that I receive from Manorcourt is extremely good. The carers are excellent and nothing is too much bother for them. They are all polite and friendly and respect my dignity. Manorcourt were tireless in their efforts to provide my mother with the care and support she needed at home. The carers were professional and kind as they provided 24-hour care to my mother in her own home.

Happy with the level of care provided by the company.
Kept up to date with changes in staff and what replacements are being done in respect of my son's needs.

The staff have looked after me for approximately two years and I cannot fault them. The only thing that worries me is the amount of money involved. At my age (89) it is a big worry.

I needed a live-in carer for my 97-year-old mother unexpectedly for a month.
After a careful home assessment, a very nice girl was allocated to look after my mother who is not the easiest of people.
She was extremely patient with her, totally trustworthy and looked after her extremely conscientiously.
She
also did light housework as well.

I think the carer was a really nice man. Dad hadn't changed his clothes and don't think he had showered, but I know how difficult he is, he probably got up and dressed before carer knew it. There was a misunderstanding that there was food in the freezer. Dad seemed happy when we got back, which is the
main thing. Thank you.

My mother is very pleased with the service that is provided for her by Manorcourt Homecare (Hornchurch).
She has developed a good rapport with the two or three "regulars" that visit her each week and would like this situation to continue, please.
Whilst she understands that she may receive the odd
visit from an unfamiliar face, she is happiest being in the company of those that she recognises.

Originally my father was receiving care once a week. This was then increased to once a day and then rapidly to 24/7, this happened within a tight time frame. The staff at Manorcourt proved to be reliable, conscientious and professional. The carers who came looked after my father with skill, compassion
and care. I would not hesitate to recommend Manorcourt.

A very efficient service from start to finish. The visit from the manager put us totally at ease. She explained the standard of care in great detail.
The carer was a happy, kind, well-trained lady who took good care of mum while I was out of the country. Mum is already planning to have her again next
year - I just hope she will be available. A really good experience - thank you.

Manorcourt Homecare has very satisfactorily cared for my mother for the last four years on a domiciliary basis to start with and on a live-in basis most recently. Apart from rare mismatches in personality or culture, the carers have been excellent, caring, respectful, patient and professional. Their
training appears to be kept up to date with on-site training for live-in carers. The management arrangement has improved considerably over the last year and there is good communication with clients and their families.

Manorcourt Homecare have been brilliant. Always available if we had any concerns regarding mum. I can honestly say that my mum's carer has given my mum a quality of life that she definitely would not have if she was in a nursing home. Regularly reviewed my mum's care plan to ensure that it was appropriate
as her condition changed. I would recommend Manorcourt Homecare to anyone who needs live in care.

We have been assigned two fabulous carers. We cannot fault any aspect of their care. They are compassionate, kind, highly experienced and professional. We have further been supported by other carers. They have gone above and beyond in accommodating our wishes in providing consistent care for our parents.
We are truly happy and satisfied with the care and respect we have received.
