Thank you for your review and for the time you have taken to discuss your comments on the phone today. It is always helpful to receive constructive feedback to allow us to move forwards in improving the quality of care we provide. Although you have told me today that a lot of the issues you experienced have been historical. We have agreed that we will work on clearer communication to yourself where your care times change. I have communicated this to the office and you will let me know if this needs further work. Thank you again for the feedback and time today.
