Thank you for your review and the time taken to respond. To answer your question in regards to on-call service. We currently offer an on-call service from 6 am-9 am and 5 pm- 11 pm. Due to our on-call being manned by internal staff, outside of this, clients are advised to contact night owls. This is explained to all clients on their assessment visits.
