Manorcourt has provided home care for my mother for the past six years. The care she has received has been of the highest quality, and all the carers have shown understanding, care and commitment to all that they do. This also is shown in the compassionate way they carry out their duties.

Excellent service from management office and carers, always very helpful not only with care service but with general advice. Carers were so good with my mother so caring and attentive and encouraging, helping her to dress and wash. Also, they would call out district nurses if needed and inform GP surgery
and everything was always reported to their office. They became her friend, all her family were so impressed with the whole company. Thank you all so much.

Having used Manorcourt Homecare for a while now to look after my mum, I have found them to be extremely caring, professional and lovely ladies. My mum was very poorly, but she now recognises her carers and is genuinely pleased to see them, which is down to their patience and care. They treat her with
dignity and their kindness and care really shines through. I can go to work knowing my mum is thoroughly being looked after and she is happy and content as I am. It also applies to how I have found management and staff, always willing to do their utmost to help with any queries. I would recommend Manorcourt Homecare to anyone who needs home care.

Myself and my partner are extremely happy with the care and support we have received from the girls at Manorcourt Homecare (Thurrock). Since January, the care my partner has received has been excellent, the girls are supportive, caring, respective and we both feel at ease in their company. I want to
thank them for all they do each day; they have become part of our family now. Wow, what a team.

Since the announcement of the very first COVID lockdown, we have has respite care offered to us at last minute, likewise, cancelled at the last minute. Daycare on and off - all of which resulted in calls changed, cancelled and sometimes reinstated at the last minute. At all times the office dealt with
calls from us as if it was 'run of the mill', likewise, the carers who came in, came in without a fuss, even when my daughter contracted COVID. Our confidence in them has only increased.

Very supportive management from the team. Particularly happy with the level of care stepped up after Dad suddenly died on 18th January 2021.
Carrs always on time, efficient and friendly. Particularly the morning carer, who goes the extra mile looking after Mum. Would recommend Manorcourt.

I cannot praise Manorcourt enough with the care they provided for my dad. The team leaders bent over backwards to ensure Dad was receiving essential care four times a day at very short notice over the Christmas period. The Care Assistants who came in to tend to Dad, were friendly, attentive and extremely
professional, giving our family peace of mind during a stressful time. Unfortunately, my dad passed away early January but I’ll never forget the role that Manorcourt played in providing my dad with the care he so deserved. Thank you so much to all involved. I could not have wished for a better service and will be eternally grateful to you all. You all do an amazing job.

The care that was given to my great aunt was second to none. She was very particular in her ways and the lovely carers did as much as they could to cater for her ever-changing needs. Her regular carer was absolutely amazing and we can't thank her enough for the care she gave. We had peace of mind that
she was being looked after when we were unable to visit.

I, as a full-time carer, am extremely satisfied with the care that is given to my mother. My mother is now palliative care and is cared for with respect, they give her time and always engage with her. She looks forward to seeing 'the girls' as they chat with her and make her laugh.
I know how important
it is for my mother to have that contact with others as she is bed-bound and in these difficult times when it is not possible to have visitors their visits are so important.
Their skills in identifying skin problems and issues with my mother's catheter care are second to none. I do not know how I would have managed without them.
I want it known that they are valued 'front line workers' and without them, the system would not work.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. I know all our carers enjoy spending the time with your mum. Also, the biscuits and tea they are given are much appreciated!
