Dad thinks it's excellent - he can't knock it at all. They always help with any request eg including a night visit as Dad has become a little more confused at times.

From the start, Manorcourt Homecare has been excellent with my Mum's care needs, following on from a broken shoulder needing surgery in January to suffering a mild stroke in May 2020. We have two carers four times a day and because they work a 12-day shift we have the same carers in the morning, lunch,
and tea time and two different ladies for the bedtime shift. Mum has got to know them really well and they know what and how my Mum likes things done. They are always friendly but professional at all times and have been excellent throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

My wife suffered an Aneurysm end of December 2017. After several operations, she spent a year in hospital recovering from this trauma. She was discharged back home in early 2019.
Manor Court and the lovely, professional staff attend to her daily needs, during the day, whilst I am at work.
I want
to say a very big thank you to each of you lovely ladies who take the time to look after her needs during the day whilst I am at work. I have peace of mind knowing she is in professional hands. We both love you all.

The care my mother receives can only be described as outstanding. The regular carers treat her with understanding, respect and dignity. They are supportive and dedicated to ensuring that my mother's welfare is at a high standard. Communication skills are important with dementia and each carer demonstrates
excellent skills and delivers a superb caring service. During the lockdown, they have carried out her care without interruption and continually give reassurance to Mum which is vital. The team at Manorcourt deserve a pat on the back - well done. Outstanding.

Carers from Manorcourt Homecare in Thurrock have always shown kindness and given mum the best care for over a year now. Carers become known to the family and there is mutual respect. When I have phoned the office for changes or extra care, or even phoned about a small problem, staff are always professional
and nothing is too much trouble. I consider myself fortunate that I contacted this homecare provider.

My morning and evening regular carers are both of many years experience, understand my needs and are excellent timekeepers. They give me notice on any changes in their routine, can converse on local and world affairs which some carers of younger years would not find easy.
