The care my mother received is in the name - Everycare. She received excellent care for herself and her needs for several years - nothing was too much trouble, and the staff adapted their service to Mum's requirements. Communication from the office was always good and efficient at any time of the day
of the week. I would 100% endorse the service offered by this lovely company.

Everycare looked after my father for 11-months and all were amazing. They came 3-times a day and made sure he was bathed, toileted and dressed. The girls always turned up with smiles on their faces, regardless of what was going on in their worlds. They always spent time chatting to my father and he
grew very fond of them all. When he was feeling down and unresponsive to other people, they would make him smile. They were always polite, professional and a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you are thinking to try Everycare, just do it ... you will not regret it.

Everycare showed a lot of compassion and kindness whilst looking after my husband. He suffered from Alzheimer's and both of us appreciated the efforts of the carers. The management team were very helpful and patient selecting the most suitable carers.

Everycare have been looking after my Mum and are doing a great job. She enjoys the visits as the carers are really friendly and she is finding their care to allow her to remain in her own home where otherwise she feared she may not. Her needs are increasing but the carers are able to respond and adjust
her care plan as needed. Highly recommended.

When we were introduced to Everycare (Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & Sevenoaks) Ltd we were given a warm welcome and everything done to tailor my husband's needs to their timetable. He had a complicated series of disabilities which the carers treated with patience and thoughtfulness. I was very grateful
for the understanding he was given, especially when being moved from his chair, to hoist, to bed, when the pain increased.


His personal care was excellent - the staff always reported to me any soreness or potential problems and kept accurate daily notes.
