We have had good service from Everycare (Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & Sevenoaks) Ltd. The carers are helpful and kind and meet our needs in every way. We would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

The carers that come are all very helpful and good at their job. They are patient with my mother-in-law and work at her speed, explaining all along what they are going to do. They tell me if there are any problems. They all insist on giving her a good strip wash or bath even when she complains to
them about it. They are very gentle - and are good at telling me of things that would make things easier for my mother-in-law like bra extenders to make her more comfortable.

Overall we received a very good service, both management and carers extremely helpful and professional. We had a few 'teething' problems in the beginning but these were very quickly and efficiently resolved. Both time-keeping and continuity excellent. Very happy with the service provided.

The team at Everycare (West Kent) provided an excellent service to my elderly mum which enabled her to stay in her own home for as long as possible. The carers were very kind and gentle with mum and it was reassuring to know a helping hand would be there at the necessary times. The office staff were
also very helpful and efficient.

From the start Everycare were sympathetic, professional and punctual. All the carers gave us confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing and managed to put us all at ease, especially my father who they were caring for. Whether it was first thing in the morning or late at night nothing was
too much trouble, we never felt they were rushing to leave. At a very emotional exhausting time they were a breathe of fresh air. So I wholeheartedly recommend Everycare to anyone who requires their services.

The office staff and the carers are friendly and helpful, we have used Everycare for over a year now and they try their best to ensure that regular carers who know my care are sent to help me. I am very grateful for all their help and support.

I started with Everycare when I came home after having a hip replacement operation. As I live alone I was scared about how I would cope with personal care. I need't have worried, the ladies were patient, friendly, kind and reassuring. They were supportive when I got anxious, and the care they give is
first class! I cannot praise them highly enough. On the two occasions a lady from the office came to see me she was very polite, respectful and empathetic.
