Everycare has been helping my dad who has vascular dementia for almost a year. We cannot praise the carers enough - they are helpful, professional and kind. The people in the office are so friendly and supportive and have certainly provided support to the whole family, not just dad. We found Everycare
through a recommendation and we have in turn recommended them to others. Thank you to all of the amazing people who work there.

Everycare Central Surrey are really good. They do what they say they will do. Office support is good. Most importantly, their carers are consistently good, and (very importantly) they do actually care. The company holds onto good carers for a long time, meaning that the personnel are not changing
all the time.

The staff are always very helpful on the telephone. My uncle likes all the carers. It is a real comfort to know he has support which he is happy and relaxed with. All communication is dealt with in a timely manner.

My family and I have been very impressed with the care that the Everycare team offered to my mother-in-law. It was clear that they had her best interests at heart and got to know her very well. Any queries or problems were resolved quickly. She was looked after by some very dedicated and resilient carers
who treated my mother-in-law patiently and respectfully, finding ways of making her as content as possible. As my mother-in-law's condition deteriorated we had to deal with some very challenging circumstances. The Management team stepped in to help at very short notice - going above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to everyone involved in her care. I can't imagine that all Care Agencies are as good as Everycare.

When I was in hospital staff at Everycare office emailed me and text me to check if I was OK. Just because I was in the hospital they didn't stop the involvement in the care. I appreciate this very much Excellent quality care.

The Everycare team did a wonderful job looking after my mother. The frontline staff were all brilliant, all knew how to keep my mother happy and comfortable, even on those days when life was difficult. All with a smile and true respect. We also can't ignore management and the back office team, without
whom all would fall apart.
The main thing is that you all as a team made the life of an elderly lady brighter with your visits, the day to day stories of families, pets and of course gardens. What else can you ask for! A big thank you.

Everycare has been caring for my mum for the past few years. They have always been very helpful when I have needed to change the date and number of visits. They have cared for Mum really well as her needs increased and made useful suggestions to make life easier for her. They have been really kind to
her and enabled her to stay at home for as long as possible.

Great carer provided for my mother, who is on her own and needs daily attention. My mother was wary at first, but the delightful carer provided won her over, and now they are best buddies! A great solution for all as she gets to stay in her own home rather than go into a home.

Everycare Central Surrey have been providing support for my elderly parents for nearly 18 months. They provide a high-quality level of care and the staff are reliable, caring and friendly. My parents look forward to their visits and value the practical help they provide, as well as the cheerful social
interaction. I've found the management and office team communication to be excellent - always prompt to respond to any queries/requests I have, and they alert me to any concerns relating to my parents. The team always do their best to be flexible with regards to changing care needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Everycare Central Surrey.

The Everycare team looked after my 97-year-old aunt daily as an afternoon visit to give her her tea, take her for a short walk and generally make sure she was safe and comfortable. This all helped her to be able to stay in her own flat.
The care is outstanding, friendly and understanding of her needs.

From day one, Everycare (Central Surrey) Ltd staff have been wonderful. Everycare Central Surrey, provided a superb service for my late father over a period of more than 18 months, including end of life support. The live-in and domiciliary care staff were extremely kind and professional and the relationship they developed with Dad was clearly based on mutual respect and
affection. The office and management teams were also very helpful and supportive, always providing the flexibility of provision that was needed to support Dad as his mobility declined.

Everycare is very conscientious, caring and pro-active in providing daily support for my friend. During the rise of the Covid-19 Pandemic, they have never ceased to provide daily support and care. The team are reliable, reassuring and maintain excellent communications with relatives and myself, a close

I cannot fault the amazing service that my mother-in-law has had from Everycare throughout the pandemic. They have managed to provide twice-daily care with no interruption and have kept me well informed about any concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they have been wonderful.

Excellent 24-hour home care for my father who has dementia. Nursing support has been a wonderful help for my mother so she is able to carry on with day to day activities; she need not worry about my father knowing professional carers are looking after him.

Covid-19 Crisis
Everycare always provides an excellent service and this was highlighted during the height of the Covid-19 crisis when they continued to provide excellent ‘continuity of care’ for our elderly mother with their morning visits (one hour). Their visits always enhance Mum both psychologically
(they always cheer her up) and physically.
Hats off and a thousand thanks to all the Everycare team - they are our enduring HEROES (heroic; excellent; reliable; outstanding; saviours) and must be commended for their cheerfulness; kindness and tenacity!!

Everycare Central Surrey have been visiting my mother for the past 3 months after her recent diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. As well as taking all precautions during COVID-19 they have been extremely professional, friendly and have turned what was a very scary diagnosis into a happy and not so scary experience.

Everycare has been caring for my husband, who has dementia, since November 2019. I now have a live-in carer as he was becoming more difficult for me to manage on my own. I was a little apprehensive about a live-in, but the lady we have is just wonderful, so patient and calm. The other girls who come
are also lovely. They all do a fantastic job and I admire them very much.
Life has been much easier since Everycare has been helping, I could not have coped without them.
