I can't praise Everycare enough for the amazing love, care and kindness they have shown to my mother over the last year. They never fail to help, even at the last minute, and when they are already so busy. The carers and office staff are always pleasant and will do 110% if they can. Mum has been treated
with dignity, love and patience every time she was visited and their care has meant she could continue in her own home for as long as possible.
Nothing has ever been too much for them and mum has loved each and every one.
We decided to use Everycare for mum as they had cared for my terminally ill father 6 years ago with the same love and dedication.
Thank you, everyone, as you have made a difficult time for all of us that much easier.

We could not recommend the care manager and his team more highly. They strike the difficult balance of exceptional care and organisational effectiveness brilliantly which I believe is difficult. I can’t thank them all enough for the fabulous care they have given my Dad for several years now.

I am very grateful to the Everycare staff who have visited us several days each week since around April 2019. They have been very sensitive to my wife's needs and also to my own lack of mobility since three-leg operations in 2019. My wife's memory is not good, and the carers have often come when we
have been having a row, about the next meal usually. They have calmed things down, taken her for walks or visits to garden centres etc. I am very grateful to them.

Everycare have exceeded my expectations in the care they have been able to provide for my elderly father. The carers have been sympathetic and responsive to his needs. The management have listened to our requirements in terms of care requirements and timings and ensured that these are met. Over the
past months, I have built up a lot of confidence in the organisation and the individual carers and am most grateful for the peace of mind I have as a result of their support.

Everycare continues to provide the highest level of care for my mother. All the staff are genuinely caring, compassionate and highly professional. Any queries are dealt with within a very short period of time, at any time of the day or night. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for care

Although I understand that we only use Everycare on an ad hoc basis it would be much appreciated if there were more consistency on the carer provided. My aunt's only concern is that she keeps getting different carers. There is no actual problem with the care provided.

Everycare has been our agency for over two years. There were one or two "hiccups" a year ago - as sometimes visits were cut short.
However, this has not at all been the case this year and the carers are obliging, cooperative and very efficient. They certainly concentrate on my husband's welfare.

The service is of a very high standard. I'm always kept fully informed, introduced to carers and any requests are met promptly. Carers have been excellent. They are professional, caring, meticulous with needs, cleanliness and nutrition. They create a calm and easy atmosphere that is efficient and trustworthy.
I can fully rely on the support they give and have complete peace of mind when I'm away.

A very caring company who are excellent at keeping us (myself, my brother, and father) in the loop with anything we need to know. We are in a relatively difficult situation as we aren't as local as would be nice but we feel totally at ease knowing my grandmother is being well cared for.


My grandfather

recently passed away and Everycare (Central Surrey) Ltd outdid themselves with their support through a tricky period. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Every care are the best carers if you want your relative to be well looked after. They always went beyond their duties to ensure dad was best cared for. He looked forward to their daily visits and the warmth and banter from the staff. Nothing was too much for them. You ask and they will deliver. The
day dad died the Manager dealt with everything to avoid me and my sister having to come to dads house and cause us distress. They are one in a million and I will always be grateful for them making my dads last 4 weeks, ones that he enjoyed.
