My father suffers from progressive vascular dementia and he has been receiving care and support from the Everycare (Central Surrey) team since March 2015.
The level of care provided is excellent and has allowed Dad to stay in his own home with every need catered for. The individual care assistants
are very well trained, thoughtful and compassionate. They ensure Dad is warm, clean, comfortable and well fed and he enjoys and looks forward to their daily visits.
The manager is always available to discuss Dad's level of care and has been very accommodating if we need ad-hoc additional care visits. He also makes sure we are updated immediately (including weekends) if there are any issues or concerns that have unexpectedly occurred, which have been noted by the care assistants during their visits.

I cannot praise the personal services of Everycare (Central Surrey) enough. My parents found themselves in need of care approximately seven months ago. We were anxious about how they would receive carers. From the outset, however, the carers' expertise and kind attitude allayed our concerns. My husband
and I live abroad and Everycare (Central Surrey) enables us to feel confident that my parents are well cared for and happy. Everycare's service includes the monitoring and adjustment of my parents' care requirements. There is also on-going communication between the carers and myself, which is very reassuring.

Everycare has provided a weekly home visit service to my 92-year-old father. They do shopping for him and take him to occasional appointments and visits. Their service is reliable and flexible. My father and the family are very satisfied with what they do.

My Mum was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers in July 2016. We were first introduced to the manager in October 2016.
He came to meet me and Mum at her home to introduce himself to us to assess Mums possible care needs and also the safety and potential risk in the property but mainly he spent time
talking to Mum about her interests and likes/dislikes.
He had the most kind and gentle manner I have yet come across when meeting care people and a genuine interest in helping Mum feel happy about the carers who would be visiting. He also talked to me too, we went discreetly round Mums house establishing where the important things were in the house, what was organised in mums life etc.


To date they have been exemplary are always helpful and happy to resolve issues. Their main aim is to treat Mum with dignity be happy safe and genuinely cared for and they achieve this 100%. I feel safe knowing they are doing their utmost for my Mum even in the recent challenging stages of her illness.

Everycare provided daily care for my parents for 2 weeks while we were away on holiday. This was their first experience so they were a bit anxious. However, they were very happy with the care and attention they received. The arrangement was made at short notice so the visits were shared between 3 carers,
all of whom received high accolades. We were able to enjoy our holiday with peace of mind and will definitely come back to Everycare.

Everycare provided a very considerate service. They were exceptionally understanding and supportive when discussing Mum's requirements. We felt well supported whilst taking steps into the unknown world of Carers. Mum has sung the praises of the carers who visit her regularly, and Everycare ensured Mum
met each individual who would be involved in Mum's care, in an informal meeting prior to their providing care as Mum was a little anxious, as were we, the family. Everycare has given Mum pleasure in feeling good about herself again, and has given us as a family, some very welcome support.
