100% I cannot speak too highly of this organisation. Excellent management and very caring. The staff are courteous and always very obliging. Since becoming a client of almost 2 years, I have been well looked after and my carers have been efficient and kind and have improved my life in many ways. They
have provided the missing link since my wife died some years ago. They have changed my life for the better.

My elderly mother, with dementia, has been supported by Home Instead Senior Care (Bath) for over three years. During that time she has been enabled to remain in her own home in safety and comfort. Both she and the family have got to know her caregivers very well and we can trust them at all times. Mum
has built up a good relationship with the small group of caregivers that she has, and they, in turn, understand mum's needs so very well.
The communication between everyone is very good, via email or telephone, making us aware of any changes or concerns.
It gives the family great peace of mind knowing that mum is being so well supported and cared for.

I have been a client of Home Instead for about 2 years. During that time my needs have become more demanding but Home Instead have met them in all respects. I have found the service I receive is excellent. The carers who come to my house have been sympathetic and efficient and I am very happy with the
care they give. I think Home Instead is a very well run care facility who employ very high-quality staff.

Home Instead has been a truly wonderful find for my 87 year-old mother and myself, her primary carer. With the support of her excellent care-givers, Mum has been able to remain in the home she loves, feeling cared for, confident, happy and able to retain her independence and dignity. Her care-givers
are professional, reliable, flexible and compassionate - they have become her firm friends. Home Instead is a well-run and highly approachable organization - it gives us both peace of mind.

I couldn't have asked for better service. The follow ups (several) were friendly and professional. Having just had more than 3 months in hospital (Aug/Nov 2015) this was what I wanted. I know they will always be there when I want them.

Mum was wary of carers coming to her home, but Home Instead took the time to explain what the carers would do for her and also introduced them prior to their visits. They go out for coffee together on a regular basis and mum looks forward very much to her visits. It gives me peace of mind to know someone
is giving her companionship and help when I'm unavailable.

This agency and our two carers provide loving, consistent and high quality care for my mother who has dementia. Their attention to detail cannot be faulted. However, it is the relationship that has been built with my mother that is the most impressive. To them she is first and foremost a human being
and not merely a time slot or visit on a care sheet. It is for this reason that she has allowed these visits to take place when previously she was adamant that she did not want carers in her house. They are her friends and also ours. It has become a partnership that has allowed my mother to stay in her home when we felt this would not be possible. I understand that effective treatment for my mothers condition lies, in part, in consistent routine in familiar surroundings. Home Instead have been key to our being able to provide this, for this we are very grateful.

The carers do as much as they can within the time allocated. They are polite and kind and extremely efficient. We cannot find fault. Communication sheets work well and there is information exchange between family and carers.

There are 3 carers. they share caring normally Tuesday 9.45-5pm and sometimes do additional times. My husband has parkinson's
"It's a new experience - it is generally good and fairly slight. They do the ironing and silver cleaning satisfactorily. They are keen to please, to provide pills on time,
get the meals out, heat the soup, nothing very arduous. They are efficient and business like and cheerful."
