Kerri has worked in the care industry for 18 years, starting her journey as a care and support worker and eventually joining the management team at Home Instead. Home Instead has a family feel for their clients and Care Professionals which Kerri says she feels proud to be a part of.
Kerri has a level 3 and is working towards level 5 in Health and Social care, as well as being a trained trainer in various subjects. She recognises the challenges the care industry is facing and ensuring a high quality of care is extremely important to her.

Chantel is a naturally caring person and always wants to help people.
Before Home Instead, Chantel worked as part of a team at the local retirement village, before moving into a caring role in a residential setting. Her Home Instead journey started in January 2020, initially as a Scheduler carrying out the important role of ensuring all our clients receive the visits they need and also with the right staff that suits their needs.
Chantel is excited to have progressed into the role of Field Care Supervisor with Home Instead and now supports a group of Care Professionals and clients, ensuring they both have the support needed and the best possible care.

Jade has worked in the Healthcare industry for nine years and has her Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. She joined Home Instead in January 2024 as a Scheduler responsible for scheduling all the visits to the clients and allocating work to our Care Professionals.
Jade has since progressed into a new role of Field Care Supervisor, getting out into the community and meeting our clients and Care Professionals to ensure the right support is in place to keep our clients safe in their own homes.

Sharon joined Home Instead in 2023 initially as a Care Professional before the opportunity arose for her to join the office team in the role of Scheduler.
