My client has been in the care of Mega Resources Nursing & Care for over 5 years and has benefitted from a 24 hour live-in carer due to his advancing dementia. I have been very satisfied with the level of care given to my client and also with the level of communication which I have received from the

I have been very impressed by the service provided by Mega. All the staff (with one small exception of a trainee, whom I have already mentioned) are efficient, effective, kind and friendly even over such long hours. My one comment is that it would be helpful, once the rota is drawn up if approximate
times of visits were signalled by email to text i.e. 7-8 and 8-9. It is quite stressful for relatives and probably more so for those living alone, not to know when to get up and when they might hope to relax at the end of the day. Otherwise a really brilliant service. I had not expected anything like this standard. Thank you so much.

Have not had much experience with carers, especially for my dad, but I was pleasantly surprised. They took great care of my dad, took time to talk to him and treated him with respect and took care of all his needs.

The standard of care by the carers is very good. I was concerned that the company could not meet our request that the extra 15 minutes allocated to the care package was being placed at the beginning of the day at the weekend. This would totally be against what we were trying to achieve, and that was
to give Mrs Weston a bit more time to get up in the morning, However, on checking with the carers the extra time allocated has now been placed at the end of the package e.g. 8.45am finish for all days.

The review for their initial week of care has been outstanding. All the team members have been helpful, courteous and very kind towards my mother. Always informative and have never let us down. With reference to the ratings, I have rated them as excellent. They have all very quickly been able to learn
the layout of the kitchen, bathroom and my mother's bedroom. In the coming weeks, as I return to work, I am well assured that she is in extremely good and efficient hands.

Mega Resources Nursing & Care has been amazing. I always feel my brother is in safe hands. He always looks presentable and well looked after and the carers are always going above and beyond for him. The communication between family and management has been exceptional - the branch manager is always happy
to speak to us. I would highly recommend Mega Care.

Our experience with Mega Care has been positive from day one. Now that dad has a regular carer each day he is very comfortable with the support she provides.
She is an excellent addition to his routine and cares about his needs. She is considerate of his feelings when he is uncooperative and handles
each situation accordingly to complete his needs.
I fully recommend Mega Care to anyone.

Mega Care is wonderful. The level of care fantastic and the carers themselves totally, kind, positive, one or two, in particular, go above and beyond to keep mum safe, well and happy. We wouldn't swap Mega care for anything. Thank you so much.
Mega care has been looking after mum for a few years so

I cannot fault any of the carers. They work extremely hard and have had to amend my grandparents care on very short notice. I have had no issues ringing, texting or emailing them, and they ensure I am updated on a regular - almost daily basis when necessary. I particularly like that they have become
an extension of our family and treat us as a member of the team. My grandad likes having the carers about, however, my nan does not 'like' having carers (in denial of her health and care needs). Even though she is not compliant and can interfere with the carers undertaking their tasks - household and grandad's care plans - they always have infinite patience and perseverance. Thank you!
