All the carers are very freidnly, efficient and show genuine care for my mother. They point out if they see any sores etc on Mum's body.
I have nothing but praise for them all.

Dad was placed on palliative care at the end of August. He slowly deteriorated and this last month took to his bed. His two main carers were so gentle with him. On his last night with us, they made him comfortable in bed and said goodnight to him, see him in the morning. Unfortunately, Dad passed, but
I believe he felt settled when the boys put him to bed as he went within 15 mins. I will miss their care for Dad, they were brilliant, and it was the right decision to change agency.

Your staff have been excellent in every way. My wife has COPD and is always fighting for breath. The two girls treat her with kindness and gentleness, and my wife really loves them. I cannot "myself" thank them enough for what they do. Thank you.

Month of June, drop in standard, certain care workers refusing simple tasks. My mother is the easiest of all your patient, yet a small request was declined because it's "not on the list". Well, sometimes, they need to think outside of the box, taking all into account.

Some of the carers are very good and reliable, and some not reliable. If they cannot start early morning, they should let the office know when they get their rotas.

I pride our carers on delivering stellar home care to our clients and maintaining an excellent level of care to individuals who have varying health circumstances. I believe that excellent healthcare should be accessible for all individuals. The synergy between wellness and healthcare work hand in hand and I am committed to ensuring that I can deliver better outcomes for our clients, no matter what their conditions are. I am currently working towards achieving my qualification as a Clinical Practitioner to further advance my expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills and clinical competencies. This will enable me to further expand Skillcare Limited’s partnership working alongside Consultants, GP's, and other healthcare practitioners to support them in their diagnoses and treatments to achieve better outcomes for all.
