I am the daughter-in-law, and we had doubts because we had to change our care providers. As the spokesperson appointed person on his "Power of Attorney", we would like to express our appreciation and state that the care administered is professional throughout and you have accommodated our requests.
The carers are true angels and ever on days where he was in the hospital, they would visit to get an update on his recovery, and that alone says a lot. Thank you all.

We have been using this service for quite a while now, and are happy with the service my mother receives. They do go the extra mile to help and look after my mother. Always informing us if they are not happy with anything to do with my mother i.e medication, bedsores etc.

My dad has become bedbound since April and the care provided is invaluable. The carers are friendly, gentle and supportive. They treat my dad with dignity and respect and are understanding of his needs. The service throughout the pandemic has been continuous, prompt and professional. I would highly
recommend all the carers. A big thank you to the whole team!

I have to say that all the carers who have attended to my father who now, unfortunately, cannot walk; has been fabulous. These are trying times, but the whole team from the manager to all the carers have been sympathetic kind, and very helpful. They have the experience, and they always have listened
to what the family wanted in terms of the daily visits to my father and his needs. They treat him like family and are very kind to my mother as well. I know that when I go to work both of them are in safe hands.

First Class service from all looking after dad. My brothers and sisters appreciate all the care given to our dad. We have been truly blessed for all the carers attending our property. The extremely hard job is done with patience, tenderness and friendliness.

Skillcare provides carers for my Mother who has advanced Alzheimer’s. We generally have regular carers all of whom are professional and do a good job especially in these difficult circumstances, they also care for my mother with complete dignity.
Skillcare are generally prompt to respond to queries
by phone and email and I have found them professional when I have had cause to contact them.

In 2012 I had a concept – to integrate my extensive years of working within wellness, health & nutrition, to be incorporated into the forefront of care in the community. I pride our carers on delivering stellar home care to our clients and maintaining an excellent level of care to individuals who have varying health circumstances. I believe that excellent healthcare should be accessible for all individuals. The synergy between wellness and healthcare work hand in hand and I am committed to ensuring that I can deliver better outcomes for our clients, no matter what their conditions are. I am currently working towards achieving my qualification as a Clinical Practitioner to further advance my expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills and clinical competencies. This will enable me to further expand Skillcare Limited’s partnership working alongside Consultants, GP's, and other healthcare practitioners to support them in their diagnoses and treatments to achieve better outcomes for all.
