The vision of Penrose Care is simple – they aspire to deliver an excellent and professional home care service to care recipients combined with compassion, so that all those that they care for feel just that – cared for.

Owners believe that if they are to fulfill their mission, they have to employ the best care providers in the UK. They feel that they have just that team. Staff are highly trained, provided a good working environment and paid deserving wages (Penrose Care is one of a few London Living Wage employers in home care).

They offer short-visits to 24-hr live-in care to the elderly and the physically and/or mentally disabled. Services include:

Physical Help
Getting-up, bathing & dressing, restroom assistance, medication reminders, support going to bed, etc.

Living Support
Housekeeping & laundry, meal planning, preparation and cooking, shopping & errands, social engagements, pet care & assisting with activities.

Penrose Care provided me urgent home care service after I sustained an injury that left me temporarily immobile and distraught. As someone new in London, I was not familiar with NHS processes, but I felt reassured with their excellent service. Most importantly, Penrose Care helped me focus on looking
after my mental well-being by taking the initiative to convince me to get out of the house to get some sunshine and fresh air.
