As a new client of one month, I have been impressed by carers respect for my husband in their care of him. They have been kind and gentle and I have averted confrontational situations well. Their standards of care and attention to detail has been very good.

My mum has 2-hour visits twice weekly to offer companionship and a good home-cooked meal.
The caregivers are kind, helpful and friendly building a trusting happy relationship with my 91-year-old mum.
The office keeps me informed by sending newsletters and invitations to memory clubs. We also receive
visits from management to ensure all is well which is very appreciated. We are very pleased with the service offered.

I would highly recommend Home Instead (Epping Forest). I can't praise the staff enough. They have enabled my parents to stay in their home and they are treated with care, dignity and respect all times. They do also show endless patience and a lovely gentle back up to independence. We are very happy with the service and the carers themselves. The office staff too are very helpful.
My mum enjoys seeing her carer and they are all excellent until her and so very kind.

From the first meeting with my parents and Home Instead to discuss a care plan they made my parents feel safe and trusting. Their support during my father's decline and death was faultless, enabling Dad to be at home at the end as was his wish. We could not have done it without them. The caregivers
are kind, competent, provide company and dignified care at all times. All the office staff and all the caregivers are friendly, warm and a pleasure to deal with.
The office provides excellent out of hours support for emergencies. The app is fantastic allowing us to check on how my mother is and what she's doing. They are proactive about her care, identifying medical concerns to enable prompt attention to issues far quicker than my mother or we would. It is reassuring to know someone is there every day for her when we cannot be and we know we can trust them completely. They were recommended to us by a good friend but if you don't have a personal recommendation, I hope this one helps you.

Home Instead have provided outstanding care for my mum (82 living with Dementia with Lewy Bodies) allowing her to remain independent in her own home. The carers really do care and they are well trained and informed, the management team are organised, efficient and approachable and not afraid to roll
up their sleeves when they need to! They have been flexible as the need for care has increased and worked with me now the time has come to move mum to residential care to ensure the smoothest transition. They use an excellent app where the carers log the activities from their visit so there is continuity from one carer to the next and the family can also see what the day has held. They are not the cheapest care provider but you really do get what you pay for, I believe they are the Gold Standard of care.

We find Home Instead very reliable and usually, they are here on time. All the carers are nice and seem very caring.
If we need to make changes to our regular visits they are very accommodating.

My father has Alzheimer's and we initially sought some temporary support for lunch but this progressed over a number of years to twice daily visits 7 days a week. The carers have all been fantastic; kind, caring and supportive and genuinely trying to do the best for my father.
It was easy to speak
to the company and their app allowed me to see the notes written by the carers daily. I would highly recommend using them.

The team at Home Instead have all been so caring, kind and helpful throughout a particularly challenging time with my mother having dementia. They have all been so friendly and look after my mum, nothing is too much trouble. They have gone out of their way to make life as easy as possible for us.

Mum has now benefitted from Home Instead's reliable, thorough, kindly and proactive care 2x daily for 1 full year this week. The carers and management team rapidly stabilised then steadily improved her day-to-day living and well-being (not to mention family coping during a pandemic one month in...).
The call log app is invaluable for relatives not living locally.

I have nothing but praise for the level of care and support myself and both my parents have had over the entire time we have been using Home Instead.
I really feel that there is a very genuine sense of compassion for the clients being cared for and for the family members.
I feel like we are a team
and wholeheartedly trust both the Head of Client Services and the carers who go into my parents home on a daily basis.
I am kept updated on my parent's needs and any issues that arise promptly.
The level of care is amazing and the carers really go above and beyond when it comes to making sure my parents are both safe and happy.
The online app is very useful for keeping updated on the care visits and being able to read the carers notes is very reassuring.
I don't know how I would have been able to cope without all the support I have received recently with the decline in both my parent's health over a very short time.

We have been provided with a wonderful service. The manager responsible, and the three carers who, between them, called daily to provide companionship and help for my aunt, were unfailingly kind, professional, patient and resourceful.
They managed to be flexible with timings when visits to the GP
or dentist were to be made and accompanied my aunt (I live too far away to help).
They managed her shopping and helped with some basic cleaning. Most of all, they patiently visited and made themselves into welcome visitors, for a very independent lady who wasn't sure she needed carers (even though she did)! We would highly recommend them.

My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable CAREGivers, liaise with the CAREGivers to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.
I really enjoy working for Home Instead, we are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives. Each client testimonial we receive just reinforces this and makes me so proud.
