A care provider that goes above and beyond and really actually cares.
I can't thank all the team at Home Instead enough. Whether it was the lovely ladies who answered the phone, those that were at the end of an email, those that came to every OT visit or the caregivers themselves, each one gave 110%
to making sure my Granddad was happy. When you are in the final stages of giving palliative care, knowing you have that support around you keeps you going. They were attentive, gentle and thorough. Nothing was too much and they always did it with a smile, a laugh and were so friendly, no matter what they walked into.
I may not have used them for long but they very quickly became part of the team to ensure my Granddad had the most wonderful final moments and he thought they were all 'angels'.

The Home Instead team look after my 90-year-old mother extremely well. They are very kind and friendly people and enable her to live independently at home. They make sure she is happy and healthy and will always go the extra mile when needed. A recent example was contacting the GP to arrange an appointment
for her COVID vaccination. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead Epping to anyone worried about an elderly relative.

My Grandad had a fall in February 2020 and went into a care home for respite care. We wanted him home (as we have lived together for years) and knew we couldn’t cope on our own. Home Instead has been amazing! From helping us to get him home to dealing with doctors and medication and getting equipment
to make our home more comfortable for him. Nothing was too much trouble! Together we created a plan so he had visits throughout the day while we are not there. The staff are always there to support us as a family as well as Grandad. They make his meals and encourage him to eat and drink. They wash him and change his bed and most importantly they enjoy his company. We thought Grandad might not want people in to help (as he can be a little awkward when he wants to be) but he laughs and chats with them and tells us what we are doing wrong when we get home! Good care does cost, but it is well worth it! Our family is happy again! We couldn’t recommend anyone more highly! Thanks all of you!

I can highly recommend Home Instead care workers. They are very professional, well trained and equipped to deal with issues, in this case of dementia.
They are caring, patient and competent. They treat their clients with respect and build up a friendly relationship with them, feedback and support are

The manager and her team offer my parents kindness, patience and professionalism. I don't know how I would cope without their help. All the carers are so kind; they really make my parents laugh and relax. So pleased we are using Home Instead service.

I have been very impressed by the quality care that Home Instead has given my mother-in-law over the few years. Every carer has brought their own individual quality care, provided with warmth and a real concern for their client. They have all, apart from traffic problems, been arriving on time which
some other care companies don't do; this for me is an important part of of the care package.

I would most definitely recommend Home Instead to everyone. Every member of staff is caring and very friendly. My aunt was very poorly and needed help getting back on her feet; Home Instead made this happen. There is nothing that is too much trouble. I felt happy that they were caring for my aunt as
if she was their own relative. Top-class service; will definitely use them again.

We urgently needed care for my 90-year-old Mum following a fall and time in hospital. Home Instead came as a personal recommendation from a long term friend who's dad was being looked after by Home Instead in another area.
From our initial engagement with Home Instead, we were impressed by their
knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness with absolutely no sense that this was about anything else than first and foremost getting mum the care and support she needed. From day one, Home Instead did not disappoint and despite it being the start of the Covid19 lockdown process they managed to flex their resources and capacity as mums needs and health changed. All the time delivering a knowledgeable, polite, professional and personal level of care to both my mum and our family across what was a difficult time for all of us.
I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough for their approach and importantly delivery of care to mum.

W have used Home Instead for nearly three years, only now leaving because, at the age of 103, Mum has finally had to go into a care home. My mother is basically fit, but frail and without Home Instead's help would have had to leave her home of 80-years much earlier than she did.
The girls started
by making sure that she ate regularly, but towards the end of their care, they were performing made intimate services for her; which they did in a kind and dignified way.
The staff and carers have helped me and my family in managing ways, and I cannot sing their praises highly enough and would recommend them to anyone else in similar situations.

The level of care provided by Home Instead is exceptional. The team are fully connected to family members and are always available to discuss care needs. I cannot fault the service we have had from Home Instead in any way. My mother has always resisted care in her home, but when she was forced to accept, suddenly, that she needed help, everyone made is so easy for her to come to terms with the change. She loves her carers and looks forward to seeing
them. They are gentle, kind, understanding and flexible. Home Instead has been especially efficient and thorough in arranging my mother's medication.

Home Instead Senior Care (Epping Forest) have been an approachable and professional team providing my elderly mother with support during the months of November and December 2019, following a spell in hospital. The team have been responsive to her needs and were able to adapt my mother's package of care,
including night carers, according to her evolving needs. The documentation of her care plan and the individual visits were excellent. Thank you.

My father-in-law has been in the care of Home Instead Epping for the last four and a half years but now has had to go into a care home. If there is any better Home Instead group I would be very, very surprised. It is superbly managed and organised by the manager who has developed an excellent team of
people. We cannot thank them enough for how well they have looked after my father-in-law during this time. He has been able to stay in his own home for far longer than we anticipated. We would like to mention three of their employees, in particular, who have helped my father-in-law in so many ways and are outstanding employees who show such care and who were with him from the start. My wife and I wish to thank Home Instead Epping from the 'bottom of our hearts'.

The service provided has been reliable, profession and well-received by my aunt. I have heard good reports from her, and she looks forward to the visits. They provide her with much-needed help and company. She likes that it is usually the same regular person. One tiny point for improvement - encourage
my aunt to think of little jobs that can be done.

My father was in a retirement home but was unhappy and wanted to return home only made possible with the help, luckily I found you. That was 4 and a half years ago. The service provided by Epping Home Instead has been exceptional. The carers have been amazing and the office have helped so much with
taking him our for shopping, doctors, hospital and even for lunch. We have had to put him into a care home as needing 24-hour care. Once again, can't praise Home Instead enough for enabling him to live back at home. He is 90 years old. Thank you Epping staff, they do you proud.

We are very happy with the service received from Home Instead. We/my mother has a regular carer, a mature lady who brightens up her day and also gives good physical care, washing and grooming etc. All carers provide great service and are willing to do small household tasks in addition.

My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable CAREGivers, liaise with the CAREGivers to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.
I really enjoy working for Home Instead, we are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives. Each client testimonial we receive just reinforces this and makes me so proud.
