I'm happy with the support and care I receive, I have such a good bond with the carers.
The only thing that is not so good is that when I receive the rota on a Friday, sometimes during the week it can change and I'm not told that it changed, it stresses me out but that's due to my disability.

My mother had Caremark visit for nearly five years. It was after a fall and stay in hospital that my mother needed extra help at home.
Caremark, during all this time, were very good, reliable, kind and my mother got to know her carers very well.
During the Covid lockdown, my mother's carer still came
every day and was a great support.
Without Caremark, my mother could not have stayed in her own home for so long.

My mother started falling just over 3 years ago. I tried to look after her myself but she kept falling and really hurting herself. So I knew she needed some help. I contacted Caremark and they have looked after my mother ever since. Around 2 years ago she became bedridden and incontinent. This was the
beginning of the pandemic. I worked out a care package with Caremark and they look after my mother with 4 visits a day. They pick up her medicine, make her tea make sure they are there when her lunch gets delivered. They also clean her home for 1 hour a day. All the carers are lovely friendly and I feel that they genuinely care for my mother. The care they give has greatly reduced the pressure on me and given both my brother and myself peace of mind.

I found it difficult getting my parents to accept help from carers but once Caremark started they helped smooth the way. My father's comment says it all: 'Caremark have allowed us to remain in the house we love. They have helped us to accept what seemed, at first, to be an intrusion into our privacy.
In fact, the approach has been thoughtful, good-humoured and efficient.' Caremark have been supportive to my parents and myself as their carer.

The staff are friendly and caring. They chat to Mum and engage her in conversation. Some that know her well banter with her which she enjoys. They continue to encourage Mum to eat and to move even though she can be reluctant. They keep me very well informed about all areas of Mum's care. They work hard
to get Mum what she needs.

Since the line field supervisor came out to assess my mum with social services, I have been extremely happy with the level of care she receives and how supporting the carers and field supervisor are. Overall very happy with the service.

I have had very good experience with all the helpful staff up to date, they are most considerate always greet me with a smile etc. I admire their sense of humour, especially with older people who tend to be a bit down from time to time, like me. I am very satisfied, I have been for the past 5 years.
There is just one small thing that I would really be thankful for, that is a return to regular daily time of visits, so I can plan ahead.

Thank you, Caremark for stepping in at a difficult time and taking over seamlessly the care of my friend. From the initial telephone conversation with the manager to the first meeting with our carer and the following day starting care, I have been bowled over by your sensitivity and competence. Nothing
was too much trouble. For those final two months of my friend’s life, you provided excellent personal care as well as friendship. I shall continue to be grateful that my friend was able to end her days at peace and in her own home, thanks to your provision.
I shall certainly recommend you without hesitation to anyone who needs such services.
May God bless you all.

During this incredibly difficult time, I have been so very grateful to Caremark for providing regular and reliable care. It has been so comforting to me and my siblings to know that Mum still has this invaluable social interaction and support twice a week from her two kind and patient carers. In addition,
the respite this has provided has been a lifesaver for our father. I am all too aware that the Carers are putting themselves at risk by continuing to offer their services but I can't thank them enough for doing so.
