Thank you for your review. We take all feedback extremely seriously and will look into your concerns immediately. The branch manager will be in contact with you directly and we will feedback to you any changes we have made in line with your comments.
As a business, we do regular supervisions and spot checks with care staff to ensure they feel valued and we pride ourselves as a business that we notify customers of call changes and try to manage staffing levels so calls time disruption is kept to a minimum.
