After having numerous care providers for my Father, I can honestly say ‘Bluebird Care’ is the best by far! I have found Bluebird Care to be a very professional company, all their carers are very polite, punctual, efficient, and provide an outstanding level of care. In addition to the performance of
the care package, they engage in stimulating conversations with my Father, including his decision making and maintain his independence. I feel they are absolutely a first-class service.

We have tried other care providers and found Bluebird to be by far the best. Their reaction to our request for additional days and care duties have been so supportive to both my mother-in-law and our family I am very impressed. They have been extremely helpful and understanding in winning my mother-in-laws
acceptance of the care she needs which has had a huge beneficial effect on her health and well-being. I highly recommend them.

Bluebird Care (North Tyneside) provides care services to my Mother-in-Law for one hour per day, 5 days per week. They arrive around tea time to make a hot meal, do some dishes, tidy the kitchen, empty bins and most importantly to ensure that she takes her medication with the evening meal. They also
spend time chatting about family and other topics which helps break up the daily routine. This service is enabling my Mother-in-Law to remain in her apartment within a sheltered environment rather than have to move into a care home. The carers are very reliable and have not failed to arrive since the service commenced in December 2020 and there is good flexibility should we need to arrange an extra visit or two over weekends when we cannot attend ourselves.

The service was tailored to my mum's requirements and has been actively reviewed and modified. I understand that additional service offerings are available and can be introduced. Staff are trained, have PPE and are friendly and trustworthy. Supervisory/management team are approachable and helpful. It
has been important for me to talk to experienced professionals. They have listened and understand the challenges. I regularly use the mobile app to read carer notes and tune into my mum's needs. I look forward to continued help and support.

Efficient service, caring and professional. Good communication with client and family when needed. I feel confident that my father is cared for and treated well and with respect at all times which in turn helps me too. My father speaks highly of all of the carers and although he is still independent
in that he can do most things for himself, it is the fact of knowing there are carers helping him maintain his independence whilst also providing a good level of care that makes my father and I feel grateful for the service.

Bluebird has provided daily care for my Aunt since the Autumn of 2019, with which as a family we are 100% satisfied. Especially given the difficulties created by the on-going health crisis. Without this support my Aunt would be unable to continue living in her own home; something which she is determined
to do.

My mum is really pleased with the help she receives from Bluebird Care.
I have noticed they are always on time to assist my mum. They arrive early in the day but the carers are so upbeat and chat away while they help her.

My husband has early-onset dementia and I required some extra help caring for him. I asked friends for recommendations. Everyone spoke very highly of Bluebird Care.
We have now had the carers for a month and we are both extremely happy with their service. They are punctual, thoughtful, kind, considerate
and professional. We are kept fully informed and up to date with any changes and they are helpful, contactable and accommodating to our requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care.

Staff are always very helpful, and they arrive on time. They report back any problems which are relayed back to us with possible solutions. We are very happy with the care provided. She sometimes makes a comment about her meals not being cooked as she would cook them but she doesn't usually tell them
beforehand how she wants them done.

Excellent care provided by all staff. They are professional, kind, reliable and treat my mum with care and respect.
A good relationship with the team and managers. Communication between family and the team is good, and any concerns we have are dealt with promptly. Likewise, if the staff are concerned
or Mum’s needs change, we are contacted to discuss how best to deal with the situation. This open dialogue has been hugely beneficial to Mum’s wellbeing.
Mum is 98, and Bluebird Care has played a significant role in helping her to stay in her own home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the team.
