Bluebird Care coming in has enabled me to come back home and regain my independence eventually. With the added bonus of the company, the girls provide, they are all good to talk to, being caring and friendly and we always have a laugh.

I am most impressed with the quality of the carers. All likeable and friendly, all extremely pleasant and helpful.


Office staff, always helpful. It is nice to know that in the future, help is always available in the background if I need to increase my calls.

The professionalism of Bluebird Care is outstanding with what was promised has been delivered and more. To see my wife come out and have that sparkle in her eyes is enormous for all of us. The carers are more friends than anything. Could not fault in any way.

Summed up in one word "Outstanding". My wife has severe dementia at a very young age. Her needs are unique and challenging in all aspects of care, stimulation and safeguarding. From initial talks with professional approachable management Bluebird Care have gone that extra mile to provide my wife with
a dedicated team of carers, who are without doubt a credit to the company and themselves. The enthusiasm and quality of care have had a dramatic upturn effect in both our lives in this very sad and challenging time in our lives. Having had many care providers around the country in the last nine years, Bluebird have been one of a few I have cared to comment on. From the heart "thank you Bluebird Care", may you long continue.

My carers are not condescending, they treat me like a friend, they look after all my needs and go above and beyond what is expected of them. They look out for me and make sure I have everything I need. They are punctual and I get the same carers for continuity.
