I am so grateful for the support SureCare gives to Mum and myself. Without you, there's no doubt Mum would be in a care home. I appreciate every visit and phone call. We feel very well supported. Thank you to you all.

What an amazing experience with SureCare. We previously used another local provider, but frankly, they were useless. The saying, you get what you pay for, could not be more appropriate.
Caring for a family member at short notice, nothing was too difficult. They were amazing, the management listen (even
the director was in touch with me to check on things), and their staff are professional and caring.
I could not recommend it highly enough; thank you, team SureCare.

Extremely pleased and happy with the care provided for my father. We have every confidence that the standard of care is the best we could ever hope for!

The team at SureCare were very helpful when I needed cover for my mum and moved heaven and earth to help. They provided a reliable service for several years and listened to any concerns we had. I particularly appreciated their flexibility, respect for my mum and us as a family. I am so grateful for
all their support.

I will be forever grateful to the SureCare team for the wonderful care they provided for my dad. Regular and thorough reviews of Dad’s needs were hugely reassuring, as was the way carers responded to Dad’s increasing reliance upon them with genuine kindness, good humour and professionalism. It is thanks
to SureCare that Dad, despite his dementia, was able to live independently until the end. It is thanks to SureCare that I will remember my dad, in his final days, as a contented, cheerful and dignified man.

My 91-year-old father lives on his own and has been receiving care since November last year. Although it’s been a very difficult year for everyone, SureCare has provided comfort and reassurance to the family when caring for my father. They have always been attentive, understanding, and most importantly,
aware of my father’s needs, clearly putting him first. The support, care and kindness provided have been excellent. This is something we have really appreciated and wish to thank everyone at SureCare.
An exceptional team, providing prompt and professional service. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with the caring and professional service provided by the SureCare team.
The initial informal meeting ensured that they had a full understanding of Mum’s circumstances and her care needs.
The carers are lovely, kind and patient, so Mum settled into the new routine very quickly.
I would highly recommend this amazing team!

SureCare Oxfordshire has been life-changing for our family. Words cannot really express how wonderful the whole team have been throughout this process. From the very first visit, my mum was put at ease, and any worries I had about care vanished.
The whole team goes the extra mile every single day,

SureCare Oxfordshire provided reliable, considerate support with shopping and cooking over a two-month period. The management was prompt in response, helpful, flexible and went to extra trouble when arrangements needed to be changed. Their support was very welcome in a situation of the growing need
for care.

We have been using SureCare since March 2020 for my husband. I feel like I struck gold when I chose to use their services! Their carers are a cut above the rest and combined with meticulous management and efficient organisation, it makes a very successful company. I have every confidence that people
turn up when they should. Over time, our needs have changed, and the SureCare team has been there to give advice and offer support. The whole team are caring and genuine. They are well informed and go above and beyond to offer support. Their expertise is invaluable, and I trust them to notice if things aren’t quite right. In my book, communication is key, and this is constantly forthcoming. At this challenging phase, I simply couldn’t function without them!

Mum absolutely loved her carers and their approach to helping her, not something she declared about all carers! Watching them with her it was clear they had sussed exactly how to keep her happy and used it to full effect. The management team too were great at listening to our requests and doing their
best to help. Overall they were a company willing to go the extra mile to help keep Mum safe and happy for as long as we could. Thank you!

It is so wonderful to have 'peace of mind' once again. A huge thank you to the truly competent, hardworking team for the all-round professionalism, support and above all genuine care and understanding.
Our mum has Dementia/Alzheimer’s and for the few years has had a full-time live-in carer who has
become part of our family. In December, Mum lost most of the use of her legs. Wishing to keep Mum in her home with her carer whom she (and we) know and trust, we were met with a huge dilemma as to how to deal with things such as a hoist and 'additional hands' were needed.
We struck gold when SureCare came into our lives, and they have worked with us and our carer to achieve all that we need now and ongoing to keep Mum in her own home. The manager has been working with us now for several months, and I have held back writing this review as I wished to be sure of my feedback. I would recommend SureCare in an instant and would urge anyone looking for 'additional support'!

In late 2018 SureCare replaced a freelance visitor for my ageing mother, and a variety of hourly carers helped her with shopping, mobility, and companionship. My mum formed strong relationships with a good number of her visitors. In early 2020, as she succumbed to dementia and weakened, we switched
to the live-in care team. The three carers who took turns with her were very different personalities but were all admirable in their care and professionalism. The office team was really supportive and responsive and more than once found a solution to a potential crisis. As a result, my mother was able to stay at home right to the end.

Reply from Stuart Martin, Director at SureCare Oxfordshire

Thank you, we were very proud to be a part of your mother's life and so glad we enabled her wish to remain at home until the end. Best wishes, and thank you for your kind words - I will ensure the team of carers who were close to your mother are informed.

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

Kim

Kim Johnson

Job Title: Operation's Manager

Kim was recruited to transform our business. Kim is an experienced care manager and has worked across the country managing multiple sites. She joined SureCare to stay closer to home and was keen to get stuck into driving an agency that puts the client first. Kim was charged with ensuring compliance was excellent and her diligence and attention to detail were rewarded within her first 6 months in charge with a great CQC inspection report.

Kim's working hard to ensure all of our team makes a real difference in people's lives. One example is when she found that a family needed some additional support. Kim met with the family and spent many hours with Social Workers to release extra funding to enable vital work to be spent on their home to make it a safe place to live. Later, she gave the family the confidence to go on a day trip to the seaside by hiring a minibus and care workers and taking them on her weekend off. The children and Mother had not been out of the house together for many years. It was a memorable experience for them all.

A great example of going the extra mile and leading by example. Kim's kept our Service Users and team safe and well during the pandemic and we are really lucky to have an expert in care leading our team.
