Having moved to Caremark (Sefton) from another company, we couldn’t be happier. All the carers are lovely!
They are reliable, stay the duration of time booked and do many tasks while there.
They definitely have Dad's best interests at heart and raise any health or welfare concerns immediately.
The
office manager is very helpful and always only a text away if needed.
We have used Caremark (Sefton) for many years now and highly recommend them.

Throughout the time that I had Caremark (Sefton) look after my 91-year-old mother, I found the staff very caring and compassionate, being patient with her and truly caring about her. She recovered, but would like the staff back to look after her! On first name terms, she thinks of them as friends so
if we ever have to have anyone to be with her again we definitely would have Caremark (Sefton) to look after her.

All the carers are lovely, without exception. Very helpful, kind and caring. If I could afford it I would have a carer every day!
The only comment I would make is that I believe that all carers should be given driving times between their clients' appointment.

Caremark (Sefton) provided support with community access for my mother. The company were prompt and informative from the very start. All of the staff were polite, professional and very compassionate. Staff engaged with my mother and increased her confidence, they were also very flexible with my mothers
needs on any given day and would adapt to help her as much as possible. I cannot fault the company or their staff, they have exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Caremark (Sefton) staff have provided a live-in service to my friend, who has advanced dementia. They assigned consistent and compassionate carers who all got to know my friend well and worked hard to ensure her needs and wishes were met, even when it was very difficult for her to communicate them
because of her condition. Her regular carers were all wonderful, and the office was also supportive and responsive, often reacting to unusual requests at very short notice.
When it became impossible for my friend to remain at home, her carers wrote such detailed notes for the team at her residential home that it made the transition much easier for my friend than we all feared it may be.
