As a whole I an satisfied with the service that my carers provide. Occasionally I have to remind them to do things, but as a whole I appreciate what the do. They are kind and work hard, so because of their help I can stay in my home which I am grateful for.

Having been ill for a long time, in and out of hospital, I was very depressed - not wanting to get out of bed, keep myself clean and fed.
I have a carer to wake me, wash me, dress me and feed me breakfast. This has made a vast improvement in my facing the rest of the day, even if I have no visitors.

I knew that whichever company I went with, I had to be comfortable and happy, so I was pleased when I got with Bluebird Care. They're more qualified than the other companies. I really get on with my care worker. She's been with me for 3 years now. We have a good rapport. I get on with all the staff.
I haven't met a bad one yet and they're very professional. If you want continuity of care and not just 15 minutes and they're on to the next call, then I'd recommend them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send these comments. We have worked with you for a few years now so we are aware of the great relationship you have with your care worker, who has been with us for 5 years. Really proud of you both! We will be in touch with you and all of our customers shortly to update you on 'caring matters'. For example our new Training Academy, new services that have been delayed due to COVID 19 and our recent nomination for Care Employer of the Year Award. Looking forward to next year!

They are doing a brilliant job at Bluebird Care during this difficult time. They cared for my dad who has dementia, who has since moved into a care home. He had two carers twice a day, and I couldn’t thank them enough.

Thank you so much for this feedback. These are challenging times for all of us, but life can, and does, throw these things at us from time to time. How we respond to the challenge is the important thing and so glad we can be part of the solution. It's why we're here.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.000 for Bluebird Care Hull & Beverley is calculated as follows: ( (2 Excellents x 5) + (8 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 4
