Many thanks for the review. May we draw to your attention some inaccuracies we are happy to correct as you were not directly involved with the client's care until notice was served, after 5 months we hope that you are able to draw a close. The client had left the service in Oct 23, not November 23. The local council, CQC, and ombudsman all dismissed any 'complaint' you made. 7 days' notice as per the signed private contract specification was honoured, not 5 days. The contract was not ended because we could not arrive before 9 am as the call time was 8.45. it was sadly ended and notice served as the situation became untenable despite our best efforts of care planning meetings, changing our systems to suit the family's needs, using different carers and times, etc. We believe her needs were fully met and carers loved her. The calls were cancelled at the very last minute which we accommodated for the family. We welcome any feed back as long as it is accurate and are happy to read she is doing well.

Many thanks for your review, we welcome each and every one. Rotas are emailed or posted out so as our clients know who will be attending. I’m sorry you feel some messages aren’t passed on however we are aware you call the office many times a day and we try our very best to answer each and every time people call in. We welcome a call to the manager to see what else we can do to ease any concerns you may have. Your allocated senior sees you regularly at your home for any updates but if you need more contact please let us know and we will only be too pleased to assist in any way we can. Having been with us for over a year now and given several compliments through out this time. We value you as a client of ours.
