Thank you for your positive review which we appreciate and will share with our teams. Addressing your concerns about 'first aid training for our staff' - due to COVID our life support training, including CPR had to be provided in a different format, with this moving to online learning modules being provided instead of face to face training. This would have been different to that of previous training format. However we have returned to training with practical demonstration and assessment of competence in our training facility using socially distanced techniques and full personal protective equipment.
