My Mother needed full-time live-in care when she came out of hospital, the carers were absolutely brilliant, cooked from scratch, cleaned and looked after her extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend Bluebird.

Bluebird was recommended to us and we have not been disappointed. The service has been first class from the carers, management and finance department. The carers have been punctual, well turned out and very attentive to our elderly mother. When her condition deteriorated and reached the end of life
care, Bluebird responded immediately and two carers per session were provided. First class service and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

You could not have a better carer. I think it is essential that you have the same carer all the time if possible, she knows where everything is and what I want to be done, she also knows as soon as she arrives if I am not well or something is wrong. She can always cheer me up when I am down.

Pleased with the weekly care plan. Carers are always smartly dressed and arrive on time. Daily requirements are always carried out with a minimum of trouble, including hair wash and shower. I always use carer for a second opinion on any matters which may need attention. The two boxes below annotated
only as good are because I have little cause to contact management and have no experience of any other personal-paid-for care company.

All of the carers and office staff are very kind and helpful. They put themselves out to help me fulfil my wants and needs. They are punctual and patient with slowness. They do extra things such as posting letters for me. My partner is in hospital at present and they are providing extra care calls to
keep me safe, fed and watered. Who could ask for more!

Smart, caring, considerate, helpful, patient. Tidy, prompt, friendly, and supportive. Value for money - no experience of comparable companies' charges. The staff makes every effort to meet the needs of the client in all aspects. It is extremely helpful to have a rota of morning attendance times as I
need to take medication to help my breathing prior to washing and dressing.

After more than three years of excellent care, we faced the thought of lockdown with some anxiety. My completely immobile husband has been having three times care and helps with all his needs at each visit - would that be possible? - would Bluebird be able to provide this? - would the carers be willing
to put themselves at risk of infection?. After eight weeks we still have the regular teams who share the duties. They arrive for their allotted visits, always cheerful, always kind. Each pair works together keeping to their set routine, leaving only when they know he is comfortable. They know how to make him laugh! We will both be eternally thankful for our Bluebird Carers.

Overall excellent. The only minus point is when times are changed from the rota. It would be helpful if someone could phone me to let me know. I can be getting on with jobs around the house, knowing that I've got 1/2 hr or more to get on with stuff. I realise this is an extra job for you to squeeze
in. I'm not bothered if the carer is just 10/15 minutes late.

The service my mother has received from Bluebird in the last 12-months has been excellent. The management team, in particular, is outstanding. I have never been let down on a call, should there be an issue, I am always contacted by a senior member of staff, never the carer. All visits are timely as
notified weekly. The carers are extremely kind and patient and service has been flexible. The only criticism is the 28-day cancellation policy, even for hospital visits.
