Thank you for your review. I will let the carers know, they miss your husband and don't know why the council found the need to move you to another provider when you were happy with our service.

Her morning call usually finishes at 11.15 am and starts at 9.30 am. What should be her bedtime call starts at 6 pm and finishes at 7 pm. When on occasion she requests an earlier morning call
Carers have also arrived earlier and later than the allowed 15 mins. Carers have been belligerent to her. Carers have arrived to do her personal care and she has never seen them before and they don't even introduce themselves and ask my daughter what they have to do for her. One of the carers in the past has been verbally abusive (swearing) to both my daughter and I.
Needless to say, we are looking for an alternative care company. I would not recommend this company at all. Man in the office unprofessional.
