Excellent service. The carers my mum had and I worked together and the experience for myself and mum was very stress-free.
I would leave instructions every week and the carers would always follow and give feedback. The communication between myself and the carers was fantastic.

The carers are very polite and gentle while helping me bathe. Nothing is too much trouble. Very efficient and professional. The Bluebird service is run very well, any problems are sorted asap. Would recommend it to anyone.

My mother-in-law has found the ladies to be caring, friendly and and they always do what she asks them to do. She has built up a good relationship with the carers and is happy to be in a routine that allows her to stay at home, enjoying a chat while they help her. She was especially pleased to be chosen
as a Bluebird Sparkle recently and had tea and cakes with her young carer. Bluebird Care has, where possible for consistency, arranged for the same small team of ladies to give reliable care and support. It has given me great peace of mind knowing she is visited each day, enabling her to continue to live independently. Bluebird Care has been in regular contact with me to ensure all my mother-in-law's needs are being met and I would gladly recommend them.

Bluebird Care provided my mum support from December 2023 until her death in May 2024. She was fiercely independent and reluctant to accept help. Her carers respected Mum's wish to remain independent but by offering support when needed, gained her trust. The team kept me fully informed of any concerns
and remained with Mum when waiting for an ambulance. I have no hesitation recommending Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care stepped in at short notice to help out when my dad became ill and it became too difficult to do all the caring ourselves. They really were a lifeline for us. We have found them reliable, kind and supportive. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and they are always jolly and we
look forward to them turning up as it adds to our day.

Providing care and assistance to my ex-husband was a priority, now retired I was able to help my children daily with hospital discharge for their father. However, I could not do duty alone and sought the expertise of Bluebird ladies. They provided a safe welcoming package through the week, and always
cheerful, reliable, caring and ready to accommodate. Thank you to all concerned who cared for an elderly gentleman with cancer.

My dad had a long spell in hospital and needed home care. We were able to set this up very quickly with Bluebird and found it really easy to communicate with them. Dad liked that the carers were local and that there was some consistency in who came. It really helped him to build trust. When the time
came to move into a care home, Bluebird staff were really supportive. We were very grateful for the care they gave Dad.

Bluebird Care looked after my brother for about sixteen months and always did a good job. The staff were friendly and very competent and treated my brother with respect at all times. In all the time he was looked after by Bluebird, there were never any problems.

We used Bluebird carers for my mother's care for two years so that she could stay in her own home. Initially, every other day, extended into every day.
We had consistency of care from an excellent carer who my mother built up a good routine with and on her days off and holidays some other very pleasant
carers filled in.
Mum was happy with the support she received and it gave me peace of mind knowing that she was being assisted every morning to do the things that she could no longer do independently.
The service and staff were very efficient and professional and I was impressed with the regular communication and assessment that they provided in order to update and change any of my mother's needs.

I have had no problems with my carers they have all been very helpful and polite. They always do what I asked them to do for me. They have respect for my property and they always ask if I am alright and we have a little chat before they do the work.

I needed morning care after hospital surgery. Bluebird Care came highly recommended from a variety of sources and they were able to accommodate my requirements from day one. This turned out to be an excellent choice as the staff, both at the coal face and in the back office, attended to all my needs
in a professional and caring way, always bringing a smile with them each time they visited. A job well done!

We organised care for my sister through Bluebirds Swale as she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and was struggling to cope. From the initial assessment to the actual care taking place, the helpfulness and understanding were excellent. The few days per week she spends with her designated carer has made
a tremendous difference in her welfare and mental health caused by her Alzheimer’s. Her carer is very well acquainted with what is needed when looking after a person who is suffering from this awful disease and I can’t praise them high enough! I would certainly recommend Bluebirds to anyone who is in a similar position.

I have nothing but praise for the Bluebird team. The office staff went above and beyond to deliver the right package for our needs. Circumstances became critical for me, and within a day, they'd worked so hard and put together four visits each day for my mother, as opposed to the two visits daily. The
girls are wonderful. They breeze in with a cheery greeting and remain light-hearted all the while they are doing their job. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it's all done with so much care and understanding. One day, not only will I miss my Mum, I'll truly miss the girls who care for her so well.

Bluebird Care has been a lifeline for my stepmother and for me. They have supported her for nearly a year in all aspects even though she fought them all the way. Being a very independent person it has not been easy for them to help her but they persevered.
She finally accepted their help begrudgingly.
The
girls were caring and friendly.
I received support from them too at a time when I was sometimes at my wit's end. They were always ready to lend an ear. I would recommend them highly.

Ozgur graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2012, having gained a Bachelor of Science degree and combined honour in Business Studies and Human Resources Management.


She joined Bluebird Care (Swale) in August 2014 after gaining experience in private property management with a finance company.


Ozgur quickly progressed within Bluebird Care and was soon promoted to Financial Controller. She also gained the prestigious award of Employee of the Year in 2015.


She is very passionate about her role and having directed her own business previously she understands the complexities and problems involved. She prides herself in having the ability to perceive situations from both employee and employer perspectives.
