My carers from Bluebird are very good and very caring in the way they look after me, and when I am not very well, they are very professional and know what to do in an emergency.

Can't express enough how grateful we are to the team at Bluebird Care (Westminster), from CEO to admin team and the wonderful carers. They should be very proud of the work they do. We were at our wit's end with a previous care provider, and the difference between the two was like night and day. We urgently
needed to get some adequate care to replace the agency that went before, and the response from Bluebird from the moment we made an enquiry was considerate, empathetic and professional. They contacted us at the weekend, an assessment was booked within days and wonderfully talented carers in place by the Friday. Our only regret was not finding Bluebird sooner. Sadly we weren't aware just how fast my father's health would decline, but the kindness, care, professionalism and support provided while they were involved was wonderful. Even on the day my father passed away, they worked tirelessly on arrangements to have carers on the ground to support Palliative Care. Outstanding service.

Kind regards - Bluebird Care Westminster.

We are incredibly impressed and grateful for the service provided by Bluebird Care Westminster & City of London. Everyone involved has been extremely professional, conscientious and helpful. We have used other care agencies in the past and this one is definitely the best. Our thanks again after the
reassurance and caring support that Bluebird has provided.

Bluebird has been caring for my Mother who has advanced dementia for the past two years, initially for daycare which then progressed to a full live-in package. The service has been essential in supporting my Mother and our families’ needs. We have been particularly impressed with our Care Manager, who
always goes the extra mile in ensuring the very best care and outcomes for my mother. His help and support have been vital in ensuring the best possible outcomes for her and matching suitable carers to meet my mother’s requirements. The service has been responsive and professional; carers are well supported and trained and the care plan is updated efficiently to reflect changing needs. The service is a vital and valuable support for us.

The team has been excellent at looking after my neighbour. Often going beyond the normal requirements to find his favourite cereal or help with medical issues. I no longer have to worry about him so this is a huge weight off my shoulders.

I visited a friend last Saturday with a couple of compatriots of his, as we were very concerned about his welfare as his health is now so troubling. We were all pleasantly surprised at how well cared for and how happy he was. Thanks to Bluebird Care Westminister , particularly the Customer Service Manager,
whose caring nature and attention to our friend's needs, has made him a firm favourite. May your good works continue.

Bluebird (Westminster) has been an essential part of my Mother's daily care for over a year now. In recent times they have gone above and beyond to ensure my Mother's safety and wellbeing during what has been an extremely challenging time for us all. Both carers very much live up to their titles as
'carers' and my Mother has become extremely fond of both of them. I would also commend the thought that went into placing the right carers with the right client - thank you to all at Bluebird Westminster.

Bluebird Westminster is helping my Godmother with her care needs. She was very resistant and struggles with insight into her loss of ability to manage alone. I cannot praise Bluebird enough for their care, flexibility and attention to detail. The office back up is friendly, reliable and responsive 24
hours a day. Hiccups in the care package are easy to talk over and resolve when they occur. The processes are transparent and having the care notes available online is very helpful not only for day to day review of what is happening but also as an objective start when reviewing the care package. The carers are well supported by the office and well trained. My Godmother's current care manager is very approachable and keen to understand the nuances of her personality and background. This is turn helps the carers manage her confusion and resistance to care should these occur. In fact, she adores her regular carers. I am so grateful, thank you.

My son and I spent one week in London. Our caregivers were on time, prepared, efficient and not rushed in their care of my son. Most importantly, they were respectful, kind and treated my son with the utmost respect and dignity. We hope to return to London in the future and will not hesitate to use
the Bluebird agency for our care while we are there.

When I first had Bluebird, I had arranged a number of visits a day. As I began to learn how to handle my illness, very severe COPD, I was able to tailor my carer visits to my needs. This proved eventually to work out at one hour long visits each day, early in the afternoon. I now have a regular carer
most of the time and look forward to her visits. She has become quite proprietorial about the organisation of my kitchen, which I find both amusing and helpful.

I get gradually weaker as time goes by, but my carer keeps up with me. Bluebird Care provides me, amongst other things, with personal hygiene, home cleaning, laundry, ironing, watering the plants, emergency shopping for such things as milk and bread, but also, importantly, they play along with my sense of fun, which, however ill I get, I hope I would never have to give up.

Thank you, Bluebird.

My mother was younger than some patients aged 64, but her carer adapted to this and respected her care and wishes. The carer did an excellent job keeping my mothers flat clean and tidy. She showed concern when my mother was often admitted to hospital. The fact the carer attended my mothers funeral shows
her close bond with my mother and our family.

The career comes once a week and helps me shower, dress and gets my breakfast. They are always on time, civil and efficient. They check to see that they have completed all their tasks and see that all the things I need are within reach when they go. They are very caring and I don't know what I would
do without them.

Bluebird Care provided respectful, dignified and personal care for almost a year. The reviews I found online were incredibly positive and I was a little worried nothing could live up to the hype. But in every way, the experience we had was just as good - if not better. The manager and the team give
us time, their expertise and complete peace of mind.

Bluebird Care (Westminster & City of London) is an excellent agency providing help in the home. Whilst being very professional and efficient the personnel have a real commitment to caring for the individual and working with them, so they can live as they wish in their own home. The company has a very
flexible approach, so that you can have continuous help or just when needed. I found this very reassuring going into hospital for an operation as I didn't know when I would be discharged or how I would be feeling and how much help I would need.
They have been invaluable to my recovery.

Peter’s first experience of arranging care was fraught and riddled with anxiety. “Finding care at short notice and trying to work with companies with no customer service ethos was frustrating. That’s when I thought there must be a better way!” Fast forward to 2023 and with over a decade of industry experience, Peter owns and oversees triple CQC Outstanding Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea.

After university he worked for an NGO in New Delhi, using his law degree to change government policy and improve lives. Requiring care and support can make one feel quite vulnerable. Our aim is to make choosing care an empowering moment, one that unlocks positive outcomes with the ultimate goal of remaining safe and happy at home.”

With his first foray into arranging care for a family member ending in disappointment, Peter notes, “Our most important ethos is to provide professional care that keeps each customer at the heart of their service… care that we would be happy for our own families to receive. Delivering a consistently compassionate, highly skilled, professional service is why two-thirds of our new customers come to us via personal recommendation.”
