Having looked after my aunt for around 2 years ago, I called Everycare to see if they could step in very quickly, at very short notice, to look after my mother after she came home from hospital and was let down very badly by the carers arranged by the hospital discharge team. Once again, Everycare came
to my rescue and arranged care for her at very short notice. The carers are professional and caring. Most importantly, they communicate very well with my mother and with the Everycare office team, who in turn, are excellent in reporting any concerns to me. I cannot thank them enough!

My sister-in-law is currently having carers come in three times a day. All are extremely kind and helpful towards her. I also used the agency for my mother a few years ago and they were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.

Everycare (Hillingdon) was recommended to me by a mutual friend, when I eventually recognised my need for practical assistance. I have enjoyed meeting the different carers, all kind, pleasant, friendly, efficient, and some with different special skills, I have appreciated the help with the shower, and
various chores that I cannot manage. Some with similar interests, we enjoy some very interesting chats. I enjoyed meeting the carers' supervisor when she came for an introductory visit to take my details and introduce the service. I was impressed with the amount of detail she noted, about my interests and needs, to help the carers understand me as a person. Having a nursing background, it was interesting to discuss their programme for training carers, different procedures and guidelines etc. I am grateful that I decided to employ carers, (since September 2022), and very happy with the service that Everycare is providing.

Everycare Hillingdon have been providing 24-hour live-in support to my mother in Hatch End, Pinner for the last 12 months and I have been bowled over by their professional caring standards. Having used 3 or 4 different care agencies over the previous approx 2 years we have finally found a care agency
that delivers on what they promise. I cannot thank them enough as my life has been so peaceful since they have taken over the care of my mother. I cannot thank them enough. Though slightly more expensive than the previous care agencies and I have to say real value for money.

Cannot fault this care agency. Used for my mother, who is 89, and we tried several care companies before coming across Everycare to provide 24-hour live-in care for my mother. The carers and office staff were amazing. Very professional yet caring. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

After working in the City in Banking & Finance for over 10 years, I decided to have a complete change. I left my job in a Bank in 2012 and knowing only that I wanted to do something that would help people and make a difference in people’s lives.


Having always got on very well with elderly people and having always been close to all 4 of my grandparents, I knew that I would have a passion for providing high quality care to the elderly. With this, I started Everycare Hillingdon in 2013 and have never looked back. I am now the Registered Care Manager and the Nominated Individual for Everycare Hillingdon and I have achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

My passion for care began in 2008 with a domiciliary care company, leading me to work in care homes and eventually becoming a director of my own care company in Harefield. After its closure, I joined Everycare Hillingdon in August 2023 as a Field Care Supervisor.
