Everycare Hillingdon provide me with two carers, four times a day. This is necessary as I am bedbound and unable to stand or walk.
They assist me with utmost care and safety to get out of bed and attend to my personal needs, including washing, dressing and some meals.
They are punctual and reliable.
I
have recently been bereaved and my carers have shown me empathy and comfort.
They are also very well trained and supervised.
I would not hesitate in recommending Everycare to anyone concerned for their own, or a loved one's, well-being.

I had been let down by no 'call backs' from other agencies, or lack of interest. From the first call to Everycare they were welcoming and professional. They select their staff with great care and all the carers were professional, caring, cheerful and obviously liked their jobs. Unfortunately we only
used their services a short time but I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have had Everycare carers for some three months and have been very pleased with their work and compassion. Each carer has tried to the best of their ability to make my life as comfortable as possible. The administration of the company has been seamless, a very important factor when one is stuck at
home. I would have no hesitation in recommending the manager and his team of carers to anybody.

After working in the City in Banking & Finance for over 10 years, I decided to have a complete change. I left my job in a Bank in 2012 and knowing only that I wanted to do something that would help people and make a difference in people’s lives.


Having always got on very well with elderly people and having always been close to all 4 of my grandparents, I knew that I would have a passion for providing high quality care to the elderly. With this, I started Everycare Hillingdon in 2013 and have never looked back. I am now the Registered Care Manager and the Nominated Individual for Everycare Hillingdon and I have achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

My passion for care began in 2008 with a domiciliary care company, leading me to work in care homes and eventually becoming a director of my own care company in Harefield. After its closure, I joined Everycare Hillingdon in August 2023 as a Field Care Supervisor. I assist the Registered Manager with initial assessments, conduct care plan reviews, and address service user concerns. My duties also include conducting unannounced spot checks, staff supervisions/appraisals and reviews. Everycare has provided valuable training opportunities, enhancing my professional development within an exceptional team. I am a qualified trainer in Manual Handling, First Aid and Medication.

I joined the care industry and Everycare in January 2023. I started off as an Administrative Assistant with no previous experience in care. Over the last 2 years, I have been able to work alongside other carers to learn from their vast experience.
