David is the Franchise owner/co-director alongside his wife Jane. They started the business in 2013 with Jane who was already a carer and Katie who was recruited from a competitor as a Registered manager. Jane continues to work now mainly in the office and David is overseas on finance and admin systems and attempts to keep harmony in the office with the 5 female colleagues !!!
David is really family-oriented; he has three grown-up children and 2 beautiful dogs.
Fact about David he only drinks cold drinks!! Also, David Loves Marmite.

She oversees everything to do with Everycare Mid Sussex, ensuring that we are all compliant and following best practices when delivering care in the community.
Katie wears many hats as well as her Registered Manager role, including payroll, and keeping us all happy.
She is a good team leader, she is level-headed, very practical and caring.
Katie has a brain that will shock most by recalling many names and numbers from a long time ago. Katie has been with Everycare since the beginning she has always had a passion for Care and really thrives when she knows people have a good quality of life in their own homes

Emma has been working for Everycare for 9 years, previously working in Special needs. Emma has vast knowledge and experience and will always strive to support and empower those she comes across.
Emma loves her food and drinks far too much tea, she hates shopping but loves a good book!

Sue is the Coordinator/assessor and consequently very busy!!
It's Sue's principal role to arrange the rosters for each client ensuring continuity and timeliness of calls as best as possible. She visits prospective clients to assess their care requirements and then builds a personalised care plan to suit the individual needs, she is very good at finding out your needs and putting plans into action.
Sue has great relationships with all the professionals that support with care, Sue has worked for a few different care companies but has remained with Everycare the longest.
Sue is very good with attention to detail, and will always do her utmost to find a solution.
Sue is from Burgess Hill, she is hardworking, and calm but has an infectious laugh.
Sue is very family-oriented and loves to shop!
Fact about Sue, Sue is Burgess Hill born and bred, she has three Girls a dog and a puppy at home!!
