Caring Moments Ltd is a small family care agency that was formed in 2013. Caring Moments Ltd has a vision to help people stay in their own homes, and to give them their independence, in a familiar environment.

Caring Moments Ltd have Community Support Workers who deliver high quality care, and are able to build a good rapport with service users and their families.

Caring Moments Ltd's care team understand service users' individual needs and aspirations, and deliver tailored care which meets the service users' person-centred care requirements to make sure the service users remain safe in their own homes.

The minimum time allocate is 30 minutes but can be up to 3 hours, depending on the services required and the pay masters. During the visit, personal care, giving medication, meal preparation, cleaning & shopping visits can be done. An initial visit to discuss your needs will enable a list of what care requirements are needed, this ensures a centred care approach.

The Community Support Workers have become team members after a rigorous recruitment process, this includes having a DBS check, references obtained, then given training until suitably qualified and trained to tackle the caring job, further training is given to the Community Support Workers when required.
