Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how you have felt about the service. We always try to live up to our Outstanding CQC rating as the best in the area. However, it is important we get it right every time and have that consistently, and the only way we know is when kind clients submit a review. It is so heartening that your wife is getting better and that we are helping to support you. I know the care professionals have loved meeting you all and being involved. Thank you again for submitting the review.

We know it is another thing to do to submit a review in our busy lives and so when family and clients do take the time and effort to feedback it is hugely appreciated for making the effort. When that feedback is so positive then we are doubly grateful. We share with the care professionals involved as it is ultimately their hard work and care with you parents that makes the difference. Thanks so much for your kind review. We always do try and go above and beyond and this comes down to care professionals feeling engaged and having the right values. It is lovely that you have noticed that and have fed back. We match our care professionals to each client so they have a similar character or interests as well as to meet your mum's needs. It means that a trusting relationship where people feel they can talk to our care professionals and again it is wonderful that this has worked and we will feedback to the team with your comments. Thank you.

Thank you so much for writing and letting us know how much you appreciate the care and support. I know from my own experience, with my parents who receive care, that it is knowing that they are being well looked after when we aren't there that is a huge difference. Not just to their lives but also ours. So it is amazing that your review echoes those feelings and took the time to tell us how it feels and is valued. Thank you.

Thanks so much for doing the review. It means a lot to us that people give us feedback and of course, it is doubly nice when the feedback is so positive. I am so pleased that we are able to shoulder some of the responsibility for tasks to support your mum and can at the same time give you a breathing space in not having to feel that you have to do everything. Those small shifts can make a big difference and so nice to hear it is the case. I am pleased we lived up to expectations as that can be a high bar.
