My mother has had other experiences with other care companies and Care Connected Ltd has been the best. The staff have always been really helpful and patient when dealing with my mother. Often they have gone out of their way to ensure she is made to feel comfortable and happy despite some difficult
situations.

In all the time I have been in the care of Care Connected I have had contact with many of the carers. I have found them all extremely helpful reassuring and above all very caring. I definitely recommend Care Connect to anyone needing care at home.

My mother has become used to having her weekly shower. I think the fact that it is always the same carer has helped. I think we have developed a good relationship with her.

My mum was looked after by the team following my dad passing away in 2011. They helped Mum stay in her home for almost a year before sadly she had to go into care full time. During the time they spent with her the care was everything I could have wanted. Mum was treated like a family member, always
with the utmost respect and kindness. The visits were never rushed, allowing her the time and company she needed. Her bungalow was always kept clean an tidy. She couldn’t have been in safer or kinder hands. My only regret is that circumstances prevented Mum from staying in her own home as I know she would have been very happy if it were possible for her to do so. I would recommend Care Connected without any doubts to anyone thinking of taking on care in the home for a loved one or themselves.

I cannot recommend Care Connected enough having had several years of care in the home I found this company to be by far the best service provider.
They always arrived on time and the courteous staff always looked after mum well. The management took time to listen to what our requirements were and
always made sure the needs were met.

My father had dementia and needed home care for the last 18 months of his life. My father had been in hospital in February 2016 with blood clots on his lungs which had worsened his dementia considerably and I needed to find good quality home care quickly when he was discharged at short notice. The manager
of Care Connected met with me and assessed the house prior to my dad's discharge so that everything was in place for his return.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Care Connected. They were very accommodating when we had to make changes to dad's weekly care schedule. I felt that I could always rely on them. Many of the staff went above and beyond what was required to make dad happy. They would take him for walks and undertake a variety of activities with him. They also kept the house spotless. I will always be grateful that we found such a caring and professional group of people to share the last 18 months of dad's life with us.

This is a smaller company, because of this there is no rushing in and out. Client personal care is paramount but carers are also encouraged to help with shopping and housework which is important to most service users.
I would be lost without this companies assistance.

Care connected failed to adhere to a request I made several times (in writing) to revert back to giving/applying my dear mother's pain relief patch on Friday, but insisted on a Wednesday even after I requested it revert back to a Friday, we had used Fridays for 2 years and mother preferred to keep to
a set routine.


Care connected's job was merely to support my mother needs and to greatly assist me, as I was paying the costs.
They failed to meet my requirements.

Dear Mr. E, I am very pleased that you found the service the carers provided as "excellent" and wish to thank you for stating this. The team enjoyed visiting and caring for her. I am sorry, however, that you found management to be poor. I tried to explain that it was not us who changed the day to Weds, for your mum's patch, but the community nurses, and that we would need to contact them to change the day back. I tried to explain this clearly and the reasons for changing to a Wednesday. I believe our conduct was professional and compliant in this matter. We do, without hesitation, try to meet all the requests of our clients.
