The overall standard of care provided by Right at Home is excellent. All the carers re professional at all times. They ensure dignity is maintained and also care for other family members, not just the service user. They are extremely punctual, kind and will do anything asked of them. There is no way
I could fault the care they give my Dad and also my Mum. There is nothing they will not do. Office staff are also very helpful.

I am very happy with the care provided. All the carers are excellent. I have asked for them not to send one particularly carer as I find it difficult to understand her, I am deaf which doesn't help.

We were seeking companionship for my 98-year-old mother on a fortnightly basis. The personnel that Right at Home provided were pleasant, cooperative, punctual and just right for Mum. We were happy to leave her with them knowing she was safe and her needs met.

We have carers 4 times a day and the care they give him is wonderful.
Especially 3 carers in particular as they know him inside out!
They will do anything for him and are very kind.

My mother used Right At Home (Bristol) services for a number of years - in all this time they always gave excellent service and never once let us down. The carers are all always well trained and friendly - this is particularly important for the live in carers mum used for the last 4 years of her life.
I honestly can’t think of any carer from Right At Home (Bristol) that mum didn’t get on with - I wouldn’t be able to say the same thing for other agencies we have used in the past. In addition to the excellent care, the managers at Right At Home (Bristol) were always very helpful when we had dealings with the CHC. These funding meetings can be challenging for the service users and their family so it was very reassuring to know that we had Right At Home (Bristol) on our side. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Right At Home (Bristol) to anyone.

We have found Right at Home to be very dependable. They provide a caring, personal service and are responsive to our requests. We were particularly grateful when my father had a fall and had to be taken to hospital. The support we received was excellent during what was a difficult time.

My mother-in-law who is in her 90s and very independent was able to stay in her own home longer due to the care & support package put together by Right at Home. She finds it hard when meeting new people but gelled immediately with the manager at Right at Home who outshone others that we had interviewed.
Visits
were made in the morning & evening by professional caring staff who went the extra mile & many becoming friends.
Visits were always punctual with notification given if they were running late.
The office admin was first class with excellent communication.
I would HIghly recommend Right at Home Bristol

We've been working with Right at Home (Bristol) for the last couple of months. I have found their admin and communication very efficient, which is a key requirement as I am managing this remotely. All their staff (admin, management and carers) are very friendly, approachable and professional. The Service

My mother has several medical conditions which result in her profound disability and a very complex set of needs. Right at Home provide her with the highest standard of 24 care and offer her the best quality of life we could hope for. After two decades of dealing with substandard care agencies, my stress
levels were sky high.
Since moving to Right at Home, I am now able to relax, knowing that my mother is safe and living with dignity. There are, of course, problems from time to time but the office staff and the carers always work hard to find the best solutions as quickly as possible. Due to the consistent & stable care they provide, I have noticed a distinct improvement in Mum's mental health. The whole family has benefited from the peace of mind that good care provides and we're all very grateful to the Right at Home team.

I had great difficulty in finding an agency for my husband's care. I had seen through the media all the bad press regarding some care homes and agencies. That left me concerned regarding choosing the right agency.
I didn't need to worry because the agency I decided on was the right agency. Straight
forward, lovely, caring staff who always arrived on time, morning and night.
I felt very pleased with the agency. I was very lucky I found the right agency.

Carers from Right at Home called twice a day to my mother while I was away on holiday. They came for approximately 5 weeks. When I arrived home my mother told me she was very happy with the care she had received. This was the first time I had care for her but would not hesitate to use them again.

The carers cannot be praised enough for all their efficiency, caring in all they do. Nothing is too much trouble. My dad's main carer is passionate about what she does. As the face of Right at Home Bristol she sells the brand.
With my dad's main carer I know dad is safe and well cared for. Dad says she is his friend. His carer treats my dad with dignity and respect.

Right at home always send someone known to us, that understand the needs and wishes of the client. They are friendly and sociable and try to take time to talk when completing tasks. They also do small household tasks for the carer if time allows which is very much appreciated. Although we have had a
price increase of 13% I feel the carers should receive a fair increase in their pay.

Right at Home has such a refreshingly professional and individual approach to providing quality home care.


On my return to the UK after 20 years away, this was the one business that actually had a set of values that I could believe in, and made me want to contribute.


You have to ask yourself some difficult questions before agreeing to trust somebody else to look after your family.


Right at Home gave me the answers that I needed to hear when I asked myself those questions: quality, reliability, compassion, humour, thoughtful, thorough and honesty.


Delivering care can be both difficult and stressful, but so rewarding. Having a team of carefully selected and properly trained people who are passionate about what they do, can really make a difference.


I’ve always worked in the service sector, and the need for quality, management of risk, transparent ethical behaviour and getting the best out of people have always been part of the recipe for keeping a client content. Helping the Polish Government establish their social rental housing system was a great privilege, but this is even better – with Right at Home, you get to help people stay independent with dignity.


It’s a great feeling to take home in the evening to the family.
