Very compassionate carers. Always treated my mother-in-law with dignity and respect, always reassuring and explaining necessary procedures carried out during their visits. Provided holistic personal care of a high standard, liaising with other health care professionals when appropriate to ensure the
best care. Excellent communicators to both her and the family, providing care throughout her terminal illness enabling a peaceful death in her home, the place of her choice, with loving family around her.

Communication poor as don't keep people up to date when clients cancel calls and they try and cut epilepsy medication down by half when you are supposed to be taking 50ml in the morning and 50ml at night.
